This is a fantastic company! They recently painted our house in North Seattle, and they were trustworthy and reliable. After doing extensive preparation work including meticulous masking, they expertly spraypainted our trim and gutters, making these look as if they were new, in spite of the fact that our house is almost 100 years old. Variform Painting also added a few extra esthetic touches that were not even included in the bid. We are so glad we hired them to paint our house!

Sam and his team did a fantastic job with our drywall repair, wallpaper removal, wall texturing, and painting. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves, quick, and most importantly, did a beautiful job. Highly recommend.

Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. They worked within a quick timeline while dealing with weather and neighboring concerns. He was always super responsive when dealing with PNW weather and did a great job on our shed. He even said he'd come back in the summer for touch ups due to said weather's effect!

These guys are great! They worked quickly and meticulously. Sam and Miguel were a pleasure to work with. Best of all, they gave us good advice on ways we could save and where we shouldn't cheap out. We are selling a home we've lived in for twenty years. The repainting Variform did will undoubtedly increase what we get for our place well beyond their cost.

Sam and his crew are exactly who you want to paint your house. They are just as careful as you would be, with the benefit that, you know, they're professionals. I really appreciate the careful prep they did, and how communicative Sam was about their schedule and process. I highly recommend!

We were previously working with a general contractor on reconstruction after black mold mitigation, and the crew we hired took a really long time to do a very bad job. We ended up hiring several new contractors to fix the shoddy work and added damage.

We contacted Variform about redoing the awful paint job — they provided a very competitive estimate and, despite the busy time of year (lots of people getting exterior painting done in the dry summer months), they said they could squeeze our little job in on the weekend.

During our initial walkthrough, we could tell Sam really knew his stuff, and throughout the process he communicated well, did everything he said he'd do, and was always on time. One other guy from Sam's crew took on most of the job, but Sam stopped in regularly to check in on things. The work they did was excellent, and they had great attention to detail — they offered to fix things we hadn't even noticed or thought to ask about!
One of the biggest tasks was repainting our kitchen ceiling, which had terrible texturing. Sam and his guy were dissatisfied with their first attempt at improving it, and offered to paint it again at no extra charge (although we appreciated their skill and professionalism so much, we paid them extra anyway). The end result was a vast improvement. And the cherry on top —by the end of the job, our home was left cleaner than when they started!

After the nightmare experience leading up to our contacting Variform, it was such a huge relief to work with people who really know what they're doing and clearly care about the quality of their work. We've already recommended Variform to one of our friends, and we would definitely call them again for any future painting work.

I had a great experience working with Variform Painting to get my house exterior repainted. Sam was extremely responsive and communicative. He and his crew were always on time and worked quickly but immaculately to prime, prep and paint the house. The crew respected the property and took care not to damage the surrounding landscape and cleaned up after they left. Would definitely work with them again for future jobs.
