I live on Bainbridge. Sean and his guys put in my fireplace. It was a modern design and I had no real plans. They worked with me until I got exactly what I wanted. Good job guys!!! it looks wonderful.

We’ve had the pleasure to work with Sean and his team over the last five years on many projects both small and large. Our most recent project spanned close to 9 months with a complete roof build out/interior remodel and exterior deck rebuild. Every project has been unique and required just the right balance of collaboration, timing and sourcing. The team always had creative and constructive ideas/suggestions if any challenges arose and worked really hard to get the job done. We never would have arrived at outcome for our home if it weren’t for the collective talent and collaboration of Sean, Matt, Jenni and the team.

I am amazed at the quality of work from BI Construction and the professionalism of their crew. Their team worked together well, were extremely knowledgeable and efficient with their time. Problem-solved well. Used clean, professional language at all times (so important if you have kids!) and wore ear buds if they were listening to music as they worked (sound pollution was at a minimum!) I was so impressed with what they accomplished that I am dreaming up new projects so that I may hire them again. The VALUE of their service and craftsmanship is excellent. Thank you so much Sean, and everyone at BI Construction!

Sean and his team worked tirelessly to create a beautiful and inviting space for us to enjoy. From the first meeting, I knew I had amazing creative partners in Sean and Carol. They listened and were quick to offer ideas for updating our kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. The team was respectful, professional and always a pleasure to have around. As hard as it can be having people in and out of the house along with the general disruption during construction, we absolutely enjoyed having the team working at the house. I know they all took a tremendous amount of pride in their workmanship and checked in with us all along the process to make sure we were satisfied with the progress. I had never embarked on any major remodeling projects and I know we benefitted greatly from their expertise. I love showing off the updates and have received countless compliments stemming from their creative touches. I am quick to recommend Bainbridge Island Construction to anyone looking for a partner in making changes to their home. I will work with Sean, Carol and the team again on our next phase of improvements because I know it will be fun and carried out in a timely and professional manner.

We are absolutely thrilled with our decision to choose Bainbridge Island Construction for our kitchen remodel. After receiving three bids, Sean stood out by being the first to visit our project and the quickest to provide a detailed estimate. While their bid was in the middle range, what mattered most was that they stayed exactly on budget. Carol’s expertise in design was invaluable—her guidance made all the difference.

John's management of the project was seamless, with a level of ease and precision that's hard to find in most contracting teams. Their dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction was evident throughout. We truly appreciated their meticulous attention to detail and the regular updates, which ensured everything was progressing perfectly.

Without a doubt, we will be turning to Bainbridge Island Construction for any future projects. Huge thanks to Sean, Carol, and John for their outstanding work!

I want to start off by saying that the work they did was good. I would not recommend using them for a homeowners insurance project, and their customer service was pretty terrible. We booked a project with them that everyone was aware was a homeowners insurance claim. When the homeowners insurance asked for supporting evidence it turns out the didn't take any pictures or the measurements necessary to provide the documentation for our compensation. I attempted multiple times to discuss this shortcoming and was ignored. As a result we paid a hefty amount out of pocket. They also charged us for 2 dump runs totaling $1280 which seemed exorbitant given it was a small 3 day project. When we asked for receipts we were ignored. We left feeling like some dishonest pricing is occurring when they were unable to provide the receipts.
