About 13 months ago, I contacted BHA about a heat pump and furnace.
They came out immediately, gave me a quote and within a week installed the whole unit plus, it was an upgrade from previous one.
Everything went well installing and they also upgraded my furnace at the job site because the one they had was the wrong one. They went to Bremerton to get the new furnace with no delay to the installation.
Very professional, explained the operating of the unit well and they did all of the clean-up despite it raining all day.
Recommend BHA to all prospective buyers for the proper unit required, their fast service and constant contact as to when the installation will take place. My Colman is giving me heating bills with 50% savings!!!
