My heater was acting up and they came and helped do a tune up and repair to get things running again! I really appreciated the very fast response and expertise! They really know what they are doing!

We've used Albatross 20+ years. They serviced our original unit until it needed to be replaced. Yearly maintenance is done in a fast friendly manner. We've referred them to friends and family. Thanks Albatross.

The heat in my house went out it was extremely freezing, I called Ryan up and he got here fast and took care of the problem and got our furnace fixed, thanks to him my family and I now have heat again! the pricing was fair and I highly recommend his services to anyone.

Albatross services my 2 rental properties as well as my personal residence. Always friendly and professional, never had any problems with the work performed. I appreciate thier repair skills for my older HVAC units to keep them going without replacement. I have also had 2 new installs, one oil furnace about 13 years ago and one mini split for my out building this year. All went very smoothly. I recommend.

Ryan is an old-school contractor, the kind of guy who earns your business by being giving you an honest and straightforward assessment of your options without any pressure tactics, respecting your time by keeping his appointments, and giving fair and competitive quotes for the great work he does.

And by fair and competitive, I mean literally five figures cheaper than the joker salesmen that the big box stores referred me to. Highly recommended.

Ryan was highly recommended by a close friend. He came right out and diagnosed the issue with our furnace, got the furnace running for the evening , ordered the part and came back the next day and fixed it for good! I hired Ryan from Albatross HVAC in 2022 the hottest summer in history 116 degrees in Washington. My home was only 1 years old and the AC stopped working. Ryan came to my home and within 20 minutes cool air was flowing through out my home. I now use Ryan Albatross HVAC for my annual maintenance on my heater, fireplace and AC. Ryan is on time, professional, respectful to my home and myself. I have a neighbor that uses his service also. I recommend Albatross HVAC 5 stars!!!!!! Ryan just left my home 3/28/24 completed annual maintenance on AC. Ready for summer 2024!!!!

Recently, I had Ryan out to do a tuneup on my heating and cooling system. He was very professional and even pointed out an issue with my hot water heater that he fixed at no additional cost. I would highly recommend Albatross HVAC to my family and friends.

Ryan recently installed an AC and Furnace at our home. He was competitive on price. Delivery and installation went exactly as promised. The subcontractors hired as part of the project were professional as well. In all, it was a positive experience. The system is performing a promised and a welcome upgrade from our previous system.

I've had Ryan from Albatross out to check my AC and furnace a few times now, and he's wonderful! Always on time, very personable, and never makes me feel pressured to get services I dont need. He is honest about what services I may need soon, and explains everything so i can make a plan, but doesn't ever make me feel like he's just trying to make a sale. I know I could call around for quotes, but he'll continue to get my business. Support local!

His bill was more than his estimate. Could be more friendly.

Arrived late and charged 20% over his estimate, which was pretty high anyway, for things that he could have included in the estimate. I guess that's the normal HVAC way of doing business, but I'm sure there are others out there who appreciate the importance of goodwill. I'll never use him again.
