Jason and Payton were the two gentlemen who came to our home to clean our vents. They kept us informed with everything they did in our home. Jason had to get into our crawl space to verify we had some broken vents. He told us what needed to be done and gave us a temporary fix. He sent the information to his company and we have an appointment in November to solve the problem. Payton asked us if we wanted to see what was pulled from the vents. Of course we did! It was interesting to see all the stuff pulled out. He was very informative about the process. My husband has dementia and both Jason and Payton were very kind to him. I appreciated that so much. Anyway, I cannot recommend a better company or two highly skilled gentleman to do your vent cleaning. They are the BEST!!!

I had an amazing experience with Jack and Juan today! They did a thorough job on our duct cleaning and the added dryer vent blow out. Jack called me when they were on their way, showed me the equipment and kept me informed with pictures of the progress throughout the job. It was a great experience and I'd recommend Better Air Northwest to friends and family!

Jeremy and Vlad from Better Air Northwest cleaned our ductwork. They were professional, knowledgeable and completed the work in a neat timely manner. They explained the equipment and procedure to us. Andres and Jovon from Better Air Northwest came to clean and sanitize our ducts and clean our dryer vent. They called to let us know when they would be here and they were on time, at the beginning of the time window we were given when we scheduled. Both were very friendly and explained everything to us. They did a great job, our house already smells better and our dryer vent looks completely free of lint. We will definitely use them again when it is time to clean our ducts in a few years.

We recently had our dryer vents cleaned by Better Air NW. The technicians, Jake and Payton, arrived within the timeframe specified. They were professional, courteous and pleasant. They explained what they were going to do and when finished, their findings.

Lucas and Josh were amazingly efficient. They were almost finished cleaning out my extremely long dryer vent before they got here.

I have never had my furnace ducts cleaned before. I googled the cleaning service and a few companies came up I talked to a couple but felt great talking with Better Air Northwest felt very comfortable with them and the price seamed very reasonable so we scheduled an appointment. The technicians Jake G & Lucas were on time explained the whole process and did a great job cleaning the air ducts and after them selves. I would definitely recommend Better Air Northwest to anyone looking to have this service done.

Jordon and Josh G. were progressional, friendly, on time, and careful navigating the narrow hallways and walls as they navigated to clean out the ducts. I highly recommend them and their company. I give them an A+++! They cleared out the minimal debris and the place was spotless! What a great crew and company. And the air in my house was noticeably fresher!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jack, Jordon, and Josh for a ductwork and insulation project in my sister's crawlspace. To say it was a bear of a project would be a gross understatement. In fact, the guys told me it was in the top five worst crawlspaces they have had to work in. I agree. I've been in my crawlspace and both of my sisters' crawlspaces recently, and this crawlspace is by far the worst. You have to army crawl underneath to get around and even then it's challenging because ductwork and water lines are in the way. As my sister's pest control person said, whoever designed this crawlspace should be shot. This 2-1/2 day project turned into 3+ with a duct clean tossed in the mix. What I really appreciated about this entire experience was Jack's much appreciated, great sense of humor and can-do attitude about the issues that came up and the challenges he and his two work partners encountered over the course of the project. To have that kind of sense of humor in the midst of the intensely hard work was more than admirable. This company is lucky to have him on board, and even though yesterday was almost a 13-hour day trying to finish this project up, I fully appreciate the tenacity and hard work displayed by the three men who completed this project. It was no small feat and is greatly appreciated by my sister who has had far too many unexpected problems in her crawlspace. Hopefully, she can finally exhale and be done with this space. My only regret is that Jack, Jordon, and Joshua had to work such long days. When it was clear that yesterday was taking longer than expected, I told Jack that I would be happy to come back for a day four. Unfortunately, he told me they were booked solid for a month, so they really needed to finish the project up - no matter how long it took. That was fine for me, but I was genuinely concerned about the fatigue factor. Nevertheless, they got it done with their continued positive outlook. It was nothing short of amazing.

Jake & Jovan did a great job - cleaned our ducts & the dryer vent, complete with photos of the before/after of the dryer vent & showing us the filter used to collect the dirt & debris from our ducts. They were both very pleasant, worked efficiently & quietly, & cleaned up after themselves. Will definitely hire them again!

Wow! We were shopping around to see about places who focus on duct cleaning. Many businesses recommended Better Air Northwest. We decided to go with them since they are a family run business. Jason and Payton did a great job cleaning out duct vents. They arrived early and were done within two hours. Our system is quieter and runs more efficiently!

Jason and Payton were very kind and patient. They gave me step by step details of what they were doing, why, and what they were looking for. They also found several fiberglass insulation pieces wedged within a duct that were the cause of a vent blockage which prompted our call to Better Air Northwest. Now this room has proper air, plus our heat pump is noticeably quieter than before. Presumably because these and a lot of other dirt and buildup which they showed me afterwards were removed. Very pleased, will have them come out again next time!

They cleaned our completely clogged dryer vent within 24 hours of being contacted. Their office staff was helpful, responding quickly. Lucas and Jake were friendly, knowledgeable, kind and non-judgemental. They cleaned the vent and were gone within an hour. Highly recommend.
