Earlier this year when it was much colder, I came home to a failed blower unit and a house that smelled like an electrical fire. On the recommendation of my dad, I called Hendrickson HVAV. They came out to my place the same day I called to inspect the issue. Ultimately they were able to replace just the blower unit, saving me $$$ over replacing more of the system. They had parts ordered and installed within 3 days, keeping my family warm for the rest of the winter.

Last week when a capacitor went out on my heat pump, they had a technician come out within 1 day (I called on a Sunday) and replace the capacitor to get my heat pump functional, keeping my house cool for the rest of the summer. I am a DIY type of homeowner; I remodeled most of my house and did all the work myself. That said, I’m confident I couldn’t fix my HVAC system as efficiently as Hendrickson has, and knowing who to call for heating/cooling issues has given me a lot of peace of mind. Hendrickson is professional, courteous, fair, and very fast. Highly recommend. Big thanks to Ted, Brandon and the rest of the crew.

I got so lucky finding Brandon and this HVAC service! A neighbor had called him out to fix another unit in our neighborhood a few days after we lost AC. I knocked on the window of his van and was able to book an appointment with him- there was a cancellation and he was able to squeeze me in next day!

Our AC is almost ten years old so I was pretty worried that it was going to need to be replaced, but he immediately diagnosed the issue and had a part replaced with the ac operational within an hour or so. Extra bonus points for being honest- he could have tried to sell us a new unit, but instead did the work and got the old one working!

I am so impressed with the service I received when Jacob and Chris showed up to repair my air conditioner. They were both very professional and very pleasant. However the thing that impressed me the most was the fact how quickly they came to my house. I never expected to have a repair man come the day after I called and especially because of the heat wave we were having. Plus they had the part I needed! I will gladly refer your business to my friends.

We needed to replace the inside coil/ evaporator on our heat pump system. We patiently leak tested the system over the last year until they were able trace the source. Jacob gave us a detailed estimate for repair and came a few days later and completed the job on time and honored the estimated price. We’re very pleased with Hendrickson’s service.

I have been using Hendrickson HVAC since 2018 to service my home HVAC system. They try to schedule me with the same technician when I need service. It gives me confidence that he knows our system. Recently, I had a problem and was able to schedule an appointment in a timely fashion. Brandon diagnosed the problem and gave me repair options with the estimated cost before he started work. He had the parts on his truck and the work was completed on the same visit. They guarantee their work. I recommend Hendrickson HVAC.

This is a first rate company. Very friendly and helpful staff when you call them and outstanding service technician. We have a Geothermal system that stopped working while running the AC this summer. I called this morning to schedule an evaluation of my furnace fan that wasn't working. Not only did they send someone out same day, Jacob was on time, very professional and had the part needed on his truck! He was able to fix my furnace without having to come back!! I needed to have my heating systems looked at and I wasn't happy with one of the other large HVAC companies that I had out in previous years for maintenance, so I was looking at alternatives. I actually read a recommendation on a local FB community group about Hendrickson, so I emailed as I was on vacation and in a different time zone. The person I exchanged emails with was very prompt, friendly and knowledgeable and explained the costs very clearly. They were able to get a tech scheduled out early the next week when I would be back home.

On the day of the appointment I received a text message indicating the time the tech would be there, his name (Brandon) and his photo. Brandon was also very friendly and an extremely hard worker. He explained what he was going to do, and that he would let me know immediately if he ran into any issues or concerns.

He did a fantastic job cleaning and inspecting the system, and when he got to doing maintenance on the heat pumps it was clear there were issues with their performance. He showed me pictures of his multimeter readings for the heat pump capacitors, as well as physically showing them to me, and not surprisingly I had one that had totally failed and the other with a partial failure. I had suspected they weren't functioning correctly and this confirmed it. He had replacements on his truck and got those swapped for me and for a reasonable price as well.

At the end of the visit we walked through everything that was done and ensured that both systems were performing as expected. To top everything off, the invoicing was extremely simple, which I appreciate. I would very much recommend Hendrickson and will happily do business with them again in the future.

Update: Discovered our furnace was pushing out cold air only this morning. I hopped on their website and was able to schedule an appointment today between 3-5. Brandon was out tech again and showed up close to 3. He was about to find the issue and fix it within the hour and the furnace is back to push our warm air. Another great experience with Hendrickson HVAC Services.

We hired Hendrickson HVAC Services to do routine AC maintenance for the first time in 8 years. Brandon was our tech and was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions and explained his findings in an easy to understand manner. He completed maintenance on our AC unit parts outside and in our roofs crawl space. We will definitely be using your services again in the near future.

Having recently built a new home, we had the opportunity to deal with a fair number of trades. Plumbing, electrical, HVAC etc. Hendrickson stood out above all the rest for prompt response and quality work.
