Ty came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem - got the part and repaired it the next morning. Very responsive and professional.

Guy is a total superstar. Knowledgeable, he was on time, he was very detail oriented. The best thing about him he that he is refreshingly honest. He tells you when something isn't necessary even though he could make more money. I like to do business with competent AND moral contractors. Call the guy. He's perfect.

I contacted Ty @ Vista Heating & Cooling through a referral. My referral told me Ty was the only HVAC person he trusted and wouldn’t use anyone else.
I tried to replace a thermostat and actually made my situation worse. I was messing with the electrical panel and did my best through a few YouTube videos but was stuck and suddenly had no power to my entire HVAC system and a thermostat that wasn’t functioning. I called Ty on a Tuesday evening and he made time for me on Thursday morning. I was busy working and shuffling kids stuff around while he worked. He had my issue diagnosed and fixed within an hour. He had other appts and needed to get going to. That night he sent me the bill and I was extremely happy that his prices were more than fair.
Come to find out he is a 1 man crew and is working on growing his business. I’m happy for the referral of my new HVAC guy. I really don’t think I’ll be using anyone else moving forward. Thank you Ty for the excellent service!
