Tom Long is really a great service person that got back to us we thought knowing, has taken initiative to checking out what’s wrong with our septic issues. That’s why I only trust FloHawks to do our services. We will definitely recommend this place.

I called on Friday and they were able to get here the next day. Kept in touch until they had someone on the way. I have had septic drained before but I don’t remember them testing the system. It’s good to know everything is working like it should. Great service!

I had my septic alarm go off at 4am and called Flohawks first thing in the morning. I had already moved out of state and Matt called me to let me know what was going on. He resolved the problem very quickly & assured me everything was fine.

Yes, I'm reviewing a septic company. My experience from beginning to end was top notch. It started with a great office staff who texted me with updates on my appointment. They even texted me a picture of the person doing the septic work.
Frank came out and was prompt and very professional and did a fantastic job........

Brian was professional in behavior and as he explained workings of septic system. He took the right amount of time answering questions and advising how to prevent unwanted issues related to septic & water heater as well as how to clean the trap under one sink.
He did a great job; will be requesting him for next and all services.

Jesse came back to install our new pump on our septic. Even though it was after 9pm. He was professional and knowledgeable. We appreciated the extra effort Flohawks gave us.

Thank You FloHawks and Ryan! We called mid morning on a Friday and you were able to get Ryan out to us the same afternoon. We found one tank but as he ran his equipment to clear the clog in the main line, he figured out there had to be a second tank. (Under a concrete slab) His due diligence found the solids tank nobody else discovered. Thankfully we have a vac-truck scheduled for the following day to solve the problem of an over full solids tank.

We had a horrific problem with our septic, some broken flow pipes, clogged drain pipes and a sand filter pump that had died. One call to FloHawks and it was ALL fixed in 2 days. Terrific group of workman who were fast, courteous and knowledgeable. We thank you and the environment thanks you.

Went on their website on a Saturday morning and excellent repair job completed by 2:30 pm. Fast service and very skilled plumber. Same day weekend service included cutting hole around broke pipe, attaching new valve, and leak testing which cost $400 after tax. Definitely will call again when urgent plumbing repairs are needed.

Came out at short notice. The technician was great. Knowledgeable, articulate, solved the problem and set us up to better manage and understand the system we have. Really happy with our experience with this company.

John arrived on time and explained the fee structure. He then listened to us as we detailed where the problem was located and what action we had attempted to preform.
John retrieved his tools and was courteous regarding our floor and surrounding fixtures.
He sent the snake down the drain and preceded to test the drain. The water seamed to drain OK but John was not happy with the rate of drain.
The snake was sent down a second time. A water test performed and John was happy with results.
All other drains in the house were checked and found to be in order.
John is very professional in his work. He was very helpful to offer insight on how to prevent a recurrence of the problem.
I would highly recommend FloHawks and John to any one who might be in need of plumbing services.

Casey was awesome! He quickly located the source of our issue and provided a lot of great advice to keep our septic system operating efficiently. Would highly recommend him and the FloHawks team.

Called FloHawks in the morning with a full tank. Steve arrived just a few hours later, and went to work. Had to pump my tank and pull up my dead pump grinder. Luckily the impeller just had some debris lodged in it. All back together and working perfectly in a short amount of time. Steve was very professional and knowledgeable Extra care was taken to keep from damaging my lawn and surrounding landscape. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone needing prompt professional sewer or septic service!!

May provided fantastic customer service! He was also professional and friendly. He came to pump our septic tank but while here, May went above and beyond to help me troubleshoot and fix a sump pump. Rates were reasonable for both jobs. Roto Rooter gave me a quote of $350 just to diagnose the sump pump/pit issue...May diagnosed AND fixed it for waaaay less.

Brian was our tech. He was wonderful. He took the time to answer all of our questions and gave us great tips to maintain our system. When we are in need for future services, we will request Brian! Thanks again!

Brian Sorensen did a great job evaluating our situation and spending time helping me better understand how to maintain our septic system. After he pumped our tank and cleaned the filter he took time to wrap up the garden hose he had used, which I greatly appreciated. I’d happily have him back to help us out in the future.

They arrived in the scheduled window and called me when they were on the way so I didn't have to sit at home waiting the entire 4 hour window. I was also texted and e-mailed me a photo of the technician that would be coming out. The technician Brian was friendly and thorough with his explanations of what he saw in our tank once it was emptied. We need further repairs, so I will rerate after this experience if my opinion changes.
