Our double oven stopped working, showing errors on the display. Ross diagnosed the problem, ordered a fan motor and installed it the next day. Great service, he told us how to maintain the oven to avoid problems in the future.

Fix-Pro Appliance Repair Bellevue was a pleasure to do business with. I was able to organize for the appointment to be booked, and James-the technician-who fixed our washing machine was polite, efficient, and able to explain things very well.

Great experience with this appliance repair service company. The technician (Alex) was friendly and professional; but honesty and transparency go a long way with me. They did go out there twice to fix the problem but only charged me for one visit. They also explained the entire process of fixing the problem and assured me that if the problem happened again, I could fix it myself and save money on repair costs. I really appreciated being helped by them and would recommend them with pleasure.

I have had my washing machine fixed by Fix-Pro Appliance Repair several times during the years, and each time, they made it to the house within a day to do the repairs. The technician was highly competent and knowledgeable about my MayTag washer. Reasonably priced, they did a very satisfactory job. One of my best recommendations.

Our dishwasher had issues with not dispensing water for some time. The few times I tried to get through to the company, I was never able to speak to someone. Weirdly, I got a text message about my repair needs shortly afterward. An appointment was made for the following business day, with the repairman named Alex. At least 10 minutes before the appointment, he arrived, and everything was wrapped up very quickly. We had some conversations about the repair, he gave me his word on it, ran the dishwasher through a cycle, and showed me that it was working well with him before he left.I am so pleased with the service, I will definitely call for any future appliance issues we have.

This was our first time working with Fix-Pro Appliance Repair in Bellevue and I was very impressed. Communication with the office was really positive, and Jack did an excellent job fixing a rather unusual problem with our Maytag washer. He spent a lot of time looking into every possible cause and finally picked out at least two things that may have been causing the problem. They really did well with the service, and we would definitely call on them if we ever had another appliance problem.
