We recently had our entire upstairs renovated in our farmhouse, and we could not be happier with the results! The project was a big one—new stairs, converting a bedroom into a full bathroom (including all new plumbing and a gorgeous tile shower enclosure), leveling floors, installing LVP flooring, replacing all the upstairs windows, removing old textured walls, installing beautifully finished drywall, and completing everything with flawless trim and paint work.
From start to finish, the craftsmanship was exceptional. The attention to detail really shows in every part of the renovation. The new bathroom looks like something out of a magazine, the stairs are safe and stunning, and the new flooring and drywall completely transformed the space. The quality of their work, especially the custom tile, is top tier. They installed large format tiles and mitered all the edges for a seamless look rather than using standard metal trim.

We hired 12 Brothers Construction to handle an upstairs carpet removal and demo, and they did an excellent job from start to finish. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made the whole process stress-free.

They carefully removed all the old carpet and padding, handled disposal, and made sure everything underneath was clean and ready for new flooring. What really impressed me was how careful they were working upstairs — no damage to walls, baseboards, or stairs, and they kept the area surprisingly clean throughout the demo.

Alex and his team did a phenomenal job on our lake house remodeling. In ~3 month, they have transformed odd room layouts, dingy bathroom and unfinished basement into the open and warm space.
