I recently hired City Construction Solution to repair a section of my home’s foundation, and the experience was great. Out of four companies I requested bids from, their proposal stood out as the most well put together — clear, detailed, and professional. They took the time to walk me through the repair process, explaining the pros and cons of different approaches and the cost-benefit of each, something other firms didn’t offer.

Their bid was also among the most competitively priced, which made the decision even easier. The work was completed on schedule and with great care. I was impressed with their communication, expertise, and overall commitment to quality. I highly recommend City Construction Solution to any homeowner in need of foundation repair or similar work.

I highly recommend Sergey and his team. They did a fantastic job with my new fence. It took two days - from start to finish. They were very quick, professional, and responsive. I will definitely hire them in the future for other projects.

We had standing water by our back door from heavy rains. Even when watering the lawn. I called CCS for a solution. The They installed a FRENCH DRAINAGE SYSTEM to correct the problem. knew exactly what to.
Everyone knew their speciality for the job.
They were prompt every morning. They went out of their way to produce the best work. They said the project would take 3-4. The project was done in 3 days.
The cost was very reasonable and they gave discount for being a senior citizen and being a teacher.
I give this company a 10!!

From the initial bid, to the execution of the project, to the closing paperwork, the team was professional and maintained a high standard of work. I called City Construction Solution to repair a pier/beam foundation. I am 100% happy with the work performed by City Construction Solution. They assessed my foundation in the crawlspace and provided a very detailed bid/estimate that made the repairs very easy to understand. In fact, they explained how they would do the work and showed me pictures from past jobs on similar foundation issues. The communication from City Construction and their efficiency is really amazing. I highly recommend City Construction Solution.

Erick and the team at City Construction Solutions are detailed, budget conscious, and knowledgeable. They are also very particular about doing a thorough job that meets and exceeds expectations. We will be using them for all our foundation, drainage, and cement work from here on out!

Great experience with this company. We needed some additional supports in our basement and needed the help quickly due to re-tiling in the above floor. Erick and team were great communicators, were able to find time in their schedule for the work to take place within the next few days, provided a competitive bid, and did a great job assessing the situation and coming up with a structurally sound solution. I was impressed by their tidy work and great documentation of what they did. Super reliable and trustworthy crew — highly recommend!

City Construction reinforced my sloping add-on laundry unit. Their estimate handout was what stood out from the rest, very detailed and includes photos and breakdowns of cost and warranty information. This proved they were trustworthy. Eric was very patient in scheduling and answering all my questions. Sergey and his partner showed up on time every day, was very communicative, provided after videos and photos, and cleaned up after themselves. Very happy to have picked this team for the project!

They helped us to waterproof our basement and change some support beams in our basement.
I'm really happy with the results, the work took them 2 days aprox. Sergey and his crew were fast and easy to work with.
In the planning part, Erick responded to our questions very fast and explained very thoroughly my questions, also I really like how the bid and contract had many details and graphic explanations of the work to be done, very nice to digest all the data.
At the end we received the visit of Irina to make sure we were happy with the work done and there were no issues.

We had a serious problem with groundwater leaking into our crawl space, which caused significant damage to several support posts. City Construction Solution inspected the issue, removed all standing water, and installed a full water-management system - a French Drain with a sump pump. Additionally, they replaced all damaged posts with new metal adjustable posts.

The team worked efficiently and professionally - the entire project was completed in just five days! We highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with this company! Our home had settled a few inches, and they installed helical piers to lift it back up. They also installed a French Drain system with a sump pump in a crawl space.

My home sits in a dip where rainwater and groundwater kinda flows down into. We discovered evidence of flooding in our crawl space so we got City Construction Solution to come take a look. I worked with Serge primarily to inspect the space and come up with a remediation plan. Serge and team were very thorough in their analysis of the situation. They came up with a plan at a reasonable price point. They worked very hard over the course of several days to put in new french drains, new posts, and new sump pump. The water now drains out into the street rather than pool in my crawl space. Finally, they discovered and repaired cracks in the foundation of the home. I couldn't be more pleased with Serge and the team.
