I’ve been working with Pacent for a very long time, long before they went live online. They came in and first did our kitchen, then our master bathroom and then our kids’ bathroom. I’ve been recommending this team to all my friends and family in the area. They are efficient at communication, attentive to detail and most importantly, come in a full design and construct/build package. I work in IT so I don’t have much time to think about the design and Phuong took care of all of it. Phillip was always there on site to communicate when the construction began and Lisa called/texted to communicate deadlines. I’m happy to recommend our family contractor to anyone!

I was in dire need, if you will, of a kitchen remodel. I talked with Lisa in person and she organized for the crew to come in and redo the kitchen. When I signed the contract, I knew that construction will be messy, never perfect, having been in construction management myself. Having said that, I was really impressed by Lisa's project management skills. She always replied to my calls and text messages and the crew led by Phillip always showed up. I do recommend Pacent to anyone reading this review.

Phillip built a deck for us. The craftsmanship is terrific and his team completed the work within a week and at a competitive price. Would hire again without hesitation.

Last winter we discovered that water had leaked beneath the siding on the Sound side of our home. Philip and his crew, who had done another project for us before, were called in. From April to October they located the damage, also discovered rot in two of our deck supporting superstructures, corrected it, and helped us with our insurance company, All this was done for a reasonable price. If you have construction projects, give them a call. They do good work!

We hired pacent construction to remodel our bathroom to make it more efficient. It turned out spectacular and much better than we thought. On to the next bathroom! Great workmanship

Pacent built our dream kitchen. They helped guide us through the numerous complex stages from initial conception and design, shopping, the remodelling itself, and all follow-throughs.
Their designer was great. She allowed us to just express ourselves and have fun selecting and shopping for the materials while she handled the technical details.
Pacent took care of all the project coordination with the subs. There were significant supply-chain problems that came from external sources that Pacent handled the communications for.
Overall, they kept us in the loop and communicated with us throughout, which made everything much easier than it would have been.
We highly recommend Pacent for your remodelling projects.

From dream to design to reality, Pacent made it happen with plenty of care and follow through.

It's so nice to have my dream kitchen with new appliances, a custom island and plenty of storage space. My guest bathroom was fully updated as well, and it looks fabulous.

Phuong came up with designs for me to choose from that fully maximized the space while retaining a unique arch window that made my kitchen different. Nice, rather than a complete tear down. The bonus feature of a custom cabinet on my blank wall was such a great idea and it looks beautiful.

Phillip dropped by multiple times to oversee the remodeling and to ensure that my thoughts or issues were handled to my satisfaction. His overseeing of the project put me at ease as I was confident, he and his team would deliver on my remodel. I had worked with him before and knew that he would take care of things properly.

Lisa was terrific to work with. She tracked the process, ensuring that details were not missed. She also followed up with vendors and kept me fully updated on progress. If anything was amiss, she took care of it. Her presence allowed me to relax while in the midst of remodeling.

For further remodeling projects, I'll call on Pacent again.

Pacent Construction have been our contractor for all small and big work for our home for the past 3 years. Yes, it seems long but we seem to find new things to do to our home and Phil and his crew have been patient with working with us. They did our kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, built a new entrance closet, painted our home inside and out, shop makeover, windows installation and more to come. We recommend Pacent.

During the last month, we did a remodel of two tiny condo bathrooms while living out-of-state. Phillip Tran was the project manager and now a founder of Pacent Construction. Recently, we moved in to our condo and were completely blown away by the amazing transformation of the bathrooms! They are so beautiful, modern, spa-like and customized to our aesthetic and functionality! The quality of the work is extraordinary, (the tiling is perfection!), and every detail so well-thought out. This was our first remodeling experience and Phillip made it absolutely seamless and enjoyable ( his motto is, "no stress"). Doing this from out-of-state was challenging, but their flexibilty and desire to accommodate was greatly appreciated. We highly and unequivocally recommend this company for any job as they have a team of experts and skilled craftspersons. Thanks for the great job!

We hired Pacent Construction to install siding on the south side of our home due to extreme weather. The siding we had leaked around the windows and was weather beaten. We couldn’t be happier with the job Pacent Construction did! They replaced a failed window and even aligned windows that had been installed incorrectly for no charge! The crew were courteous and experts at their jobs. We are hiring Pacent Construction again to replace more windows.!

We finished a lovely full kitchen, flooring remodel and installed new railings as well as updated our fireplace. We loved the attention to detail provided by the Pacent team. Phillip provided excellent communication during the entire process and listened to everything we had to say. We felt really understood by this team.

I realize I'm the first one to leave a review on google but I'm just going to say that you should give them a chance as they won't let you down. At least they did not for us. We didn't know what to expect, but I have to say that I'm very pleased with the results.

My wife and I used Pacent Construction to remodel our bathroom, bedroom, and closet. It was a big job. We moved walls, changed layouts, and pretty much gutted our old bathroom. They did such a good job that we went ahead and remodeled our kitchen as well. Whenever a section was completed, Phillip always followed up with us to make sure everything is going well along the process.

Everything went well and if something came up they were always on top of it making adjustments and taking additional time to get it right.

My wife and I aren’t big design people so we used Phuong who works closely with Pacent and she did an amazing job. She listened to what we wanted and came up with a solution that best fit our interest. She advocated on our behalf with our vendors and when things from vendors weren't right, she followed up and made sure it became right.

I would highly recommend using both together, they work closely together and compliment each other well to get the results you want.

I’m really happy with the work that they did with our bedroom and kitchen and I will call them again if we want to do another remodel.

Pacent does the most beautiful work. The company has an in-house designer that coordinates all the products that go into a renovation project. For anyone who has been told by a contractor, “Go and pick out your tile, plumbing/light fixtures, paint color” etc., you know what a great thing an in-house designer is. And Phillip’s work is exquisite. All the finishes and trades work is of the highest quality. I highly recommend Pacent for any renovation or ground-up building project you have.

The Pacent team is top notch, bar none. They pullef off a complete renovation that transformed an old home with 3 BR/1 BTH with a tinny closed off kitchen to a gorgeous 4 BR/3 BTH in record time. Phillip and Phuong were meticulous and took great pride in the quality of their work. I can’t say enough about the incredible end to end results they delivered (from architectural design to layout, permits, construction, material selection, and interior design) and the smooth and stress free experience working either them. The house was like new and got offers just after being listed for one weekend. I can’t wait to work with the Pacent team on my next project. Highly recommend!

The Pacent team recently completed a remodel of my vaulted ceiling living room. The end result is so beautiful! The designer helped me reimagine the furnishings for sitting/viewing areas as well as the display and storage I needed. Two walls now have beautiful white oak shelves and cabinets. Carpeted floors were replaced with wood floors that blend seamlessly with the existing wood floors in adjacent rooms. The lighting in the room is also so much more inviting with layered lighting that illuminates my books and artwork while providing a warm, inviting, relaxing feel to the entire area. New furniture was selected to create a room that can be used for TV viewing, conversations, reading, needlework and even a good nap! The designer worked closely with the construction manager and the project stayed on track to finish in a reasonable amount of time. All of the workers were polite, skilled, and in some instances went above and beyond to get it right. It was a great experience working with the entire Pacent design and build team!

We just wrapped up our kitchen remodel with Pacent. It’s not our first home project, but it is the first time we didn’t DIY. Because we wanted to knock down a wall and open the space to the living and dining rooms, we knew it was time to bring in a design-build team.

The designer was an old acquaintance whose style fits ours perfectly, so choosing Pacent felt right. And we’re so glad we did. The whole team was dedicated, communicative, and made the process surprisingly smooth. Once we explained what we wanted, they guided us through every stage of the process and took care of all the vendor coordination and project management for us.

Living in a half-demoed house for two months wasn’t fun, but Pacent took so much off our plate that it was totally manageable. And the final result? *Chef kiss*
