Ron from American Rooter was very helpful! He communicated ahead of time when he was on his way and took care of the problem super quickly — he also helped let us know how to fix similar problems in the future without having to get a plumber. He was respectful, kind, and efficient! Would rate 6 stars if I could!

I'm extremely grateful to Ron from American Rooter for his strategic and patient approach. I had emotionally given up on the issue, but he persisted, thoroughly exploring various solutions and ultimately fixing a problem that could have easily been overlooked by others. Ron earns high praise not only from me but also from my neighbors.

Ron is great he help us scope our backyard’s pipes and got rid of our water problem that we had for months.
He also got our neighbors pipes unclogged from roots.

Thoroughly professional service by Ron. Had my toilet backing up, read up reviews here and on Yelp and gave Ron a call. He came to my house in the designated time window. Guess what the backup had resolved by itself. Ron was patient to hear us out, double check everything. He laid out a plan of action and provided upfront estimates. And he didn't charge any service or visit fees! After his visit I am at ease and have a peace of mind. Will definitely be going to him if required the next time. Just hope all the plumber services were as professional and easy to work with as Ron and his American Rooter!

Ron and crew came out to fix a break in my water main. We had been without water due to the issue, and Ron demonstrated the urgency that returned us to regular operation. Throughout the process Ron made the project simple and approachable for me as homeowner, yet was professional and attentive to every detail of the work. I would highly recommend Ron and American Rooter.

Great job Ron, thank you! Ron cleared out our laundry line drain (hydro-jetting) and tested it to confirm it was open. He also did a camera inspection of our sewer line, did a spot repair and installed a new 2-way cleanout outside the house. We asked him to do these things. He did not try to upsell us either. He had superior equipment to the prior service we had called.. that failed to clear the drain and wanted us to spend $22K to replace our galvanized pipes. Thank goodness we found American Rooter and Ron responded immediately.

Ron is reliable, honest, reasonable, knowledgeable and considerate. Great communicator all through the process. Definitely knew what needed to be done, relayed it immediately. He enjoys his work and it shows! American Rooter is our go to company now for anything pertaining to sewer and drain.

Ron is most friendly and nice plumber I know in our neighborhood. He helped my elderly aunt to fix the old pipes in her old kitchen and repair the leaking water line in a very small space without complaining. He was very patience in explaining the options on another plumbing problem to my aunt, and creative in coming up with solutions to solve the situation within my aunt’s budget. I would highly recommend Ron to any friends or family members.

American Rooter just finished a job for me and the outcome was amazing. I had water backups in a driveway catch basin and two downspouts. I hadn’t had them cleaned or flushed in almost 40 years. I was expecting the worst news but Ron was able to get them all cleaned out. I highly recommend American Rooter!!

Ron was beyond amazing we had an emergency Clog Sunday on Father’s Day in Renton. We had water coming out from the bottom of our toilets we called many people but they said they couldn’t help because there was no clean out system but Ron came within 20 minutes to assess the situation and fixed the situation. He was very thorough with explaining what went wrong and showed me on camera what was the issue. After he cleared the blockage he double checked to make sure everything was perfect. I can’t emphasize enough how awesome Ron was and professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Ron to anyone you won’t regret it!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ron from American Rooter, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. I had a particularly challenging issue with my underground gutter downspout system, which had never been cleaned and was severely clogged. Several other companies had declined to take on the job, deeming it too difficult.

Ron, however, approached the problem with confidence and professionalism. He arrived promptly and immediately got to work, utilizing his powerful hydro jet machine to clear years of accumulated debris. Within just a few hours, my downspouts were flowing freely again!

He struck me as an honest professional who genuinely cares about his customers and is committed to solving the problem. Ron, the company owner, took my call himself and was at my house within an hour. He worked for three hours straight in 90° heat and didn't stop until he figured out the problem and cleared 6 - 7 completely clogged long underground drainage pipes. He is a real professional and a very nice and friendly person. I feel lucky picking American Rooter out of a long list of available companies.

Ron is amazing - he came out same day and his team installed a 6' deep cleanout and hydrojetted major and minor roots out of my sewer pipe. He is so caring and did a great job communicating with me about the options and what he was going to do/why and how to continue maintenance. He used the highest quality materials without overcharging me. I highly recommend his company to everyone and use his services again in the future!

Ron has been wonderful fixing a kitchen sink clog for us. We called up Roto-Rooter first yesterday on Sunday for emergency repairs. Their technician was not able to open up the clog with the 75ft electrical snake at first, and suggested that we do a $1500+ hydro jetting instead. It was outrageously expensive and we declined it. Then we discovered Ron based on good reviews on Yelp and Google. Ron came this morning and with his amazing technique, he opened up the clog with his electrical snake, saving us more than $1000! Ron’s pricing is reasonable and he is also really skilled at what he does. Highly recommend to anyone with a drainage issue!

Had.a sewer backup occur late Friday afternoon. Ron (the owner) was at the house within an hour and by afternoon's end the line was completely cleared. Ron was thorough, running his jet cleaner multiple times through the pipe to cut all the offending roots out. He also went above and beyond by locating hidden cleanouts (storm and sewer) and marking them for future access. Very professional, would use again.

We had a clogged storm drain on the side of our house. We also had no idea where it drained to. Found American Rooter via Google search for storm drain cleaning. Ron was able come out the same day and quoted a reasonable price to perform a water jet and possible camera scope inspection (if needed). He got the job done fast and helped figure out where it drained. Turns out the drain tube led all the way to the front of house to a small outlet. And judging by the debris, it hadnt been cleaned in years. Great, honest, friendly service by Ron at a fair price (less than rotor rooter and others I called). Thanks again!!

I highly recommend Ron! He installed a clean out access last week. Ron is clearly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process to someone who knew absolutely nothing! He finished the project in a day even though there were some unforeseen issues. After being in this house for 8 years and going from one sewer company to another, I am happy to say I finally found someone to handle our drain and sewer problems from this point forward!
