Very easy to convey ideas and desires. Communication was very thorough. A pleasure to work with.

This company transformed our small, outdated bathroom into a bright, spacious retreat. The shower is a showstopper, and the vanity is both stylish and practical. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled, and the results are phenomenal. The team was professional, punctual, and attentive to every detail. The new design is modern and inviting, and the quality of the work is exceptional. We’re beyond happy with our beautiful new space. (For the cats & Dogs)

North Vision Builders did a beautiful job on a complete kitchen and bath remodel on our condo in the West seattle. Everything came out beautifully. Even when some unexpected plumbing issues came up behind the walls, David was able to work out a very fair price for me. David, who was in charge of completing our project, was diligent, always available and showed impressive attention to detail.

I called North Vision Builders for an estimate to completely redo my kitchen. David came to review our project and was able to provide us with a fair estimate for the labor and Nelly worked with me on the design and selecting finished material for our kitchen it was a real pleasure to work with an experience company and I am extremely happy with the final product (I will attach after pictures )

The working crew were very nice & respectable the guys came on time every morning, and made sure to clean up the working areas daily . I am pleased & very happy with my decision.

I will be using North Vision Builders again for more work that needs to be done in my home. It feels good to finally find a good firm that isn't about doing a fast cheap job, just to suck money out of you. They really do appreciate the business, and it shows in the quality of work.

David and the crew and NVB did a garage conversion for us and it turned out amazing! We love the new space and NVB walked us through every step of it, from conception to completion, with patience and concern. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and a great company to work with for any construction needs. Highly recommend.

My third project with this company!

I bought my new apartment that was in horrible condition. Since I already had a great experience with North vision builders I had no doubt that I will hire them again.
Again I asked for Nelly to be my designer, and she was assigned to my project no questions asked.
I can't say enough about David (the owner) patient with me.
The new kitchen, backyard, and 2 bathrooms looked exactly as I expected.
Me being unavailable most of the time David and the crew managed to understand exactly what and how I wanted the place to look like even over the phone and emails.
Bottom line - this being my third successful project with them, I can't really think of any reason why I would not recommend this company to anyone else.

After evaluating several contractors for our remodel projects, David stood out from the very beginning—and he absolutely delivered. We hired him to remodel our bathrooms and take care of a number of other items around the house, and the results have been phenomenal.

David’s professionalism and attention to detail are second to none. What truly impressed me was how hands-on he was throughout the entire project. He stopped by every single day to check in, make sure his crew was on track, and ensure everything was progressing smoothly. That kind of dedication is rare and made a huge difference in the quality of the outcome.

The craftsmanship and quality of work far exceeded our expectations. You can tell David takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in every corner of our newly remodeled space.

If you're looking for a contractor who is reliable, thorough, and genuinely cares about doing the job right, David is the one to call. I’m so glad we chose him—and you will be too.

We recently completed a kitchen and laundry room remodel with North Vision Builders, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the start, David was great to work with, communicative, flexible, and solution-oriented. As with any remodel, a few unexpected things popped up along the way, but David worked with us to figure each one out smoothly and professionally.

His contractors were polite, and respectful. We also requested a few extras during the process, and David was accommodating without hesitation. The project turned out beautifully, and we’re so glad we chose North Vision Builders!

Working with David was easy and fun. I jokingly started calling him my second husband in the initial stages of our build, as I was talking and texting with him multiple times a day. There was never a text unread or a call not returned the same day. Communication was a breeze!

David was very patient with me every step of the way from planning to the actual build. There were never any hidden costs and he even tossed in some extra stuff for free as it came up during construction. He has a kind heart and really just wants what’s best for his clients. His attention to detail was impeccable and the project we hired him for turned out better than I could have dreamed! Thanks so much, David!!

We had a wonderful experience with North Vision Builders! We did a second story renovation on an old house and it turned out beautiful. David managed our project and he listened to our vision, offered his expertise in design, efficiently got the project finished on time, and was so communicative throughout. We will definitely be working with them again on future projects!

North Vision turned our old acrylic shower/bathtub combination into a beautiful large walk in shower. The whole project experience was done in a timely fashion with incredible results. The whole team was professional and proficient in what they do. We are so happy with our choice of builder.

David and the North Vision team did an amazing job transforming an old, worn down attached ADU into a beautiful master bed/bathroom. It has transformed our house into a space we love now.

David was always right on time and communicated anything & everything that came up during the build. The whole process went very smoothly and they were very respectful of our space during the construction.

We'll be using David & team for lots of projects to come!
