They came back later with a reasonable bid(did not price gouge like several others) and finished on time as estimated on budget.

Building an accessory dwelling unit in Washington can be complicated with zoning laws, inspections, and city requirements, but they handled the entire ADU permitting process without stress or confusion. The company was great the work with, especially Nick. They were quick to find available times, and accommodating to numerous asks. Even small details we did not specify originally, when brought up post-completion, they were willing to come update as a courtesy. Overall excellent in both the quality of work and the customer service. Strongly recommend

This company uses a third party lead service that consistently texts me about "contractors in my area" that will give me a bid on work. I have told them dozens of time to remove me from their list and I keep getting unwanted texts which they then sell to companies like Puget Sound Property Services.

These text don't stop and won't stop, so my only option is to let the businesses know via a google review that they are supporting a company that continues to text people after being told to stop.

I never opted in to this service and have told them to stop multiple times. So, if you are in the same boat as me, I strongly recommend that you respond "yes" when you get these text. You will then get the name of the company that is buying these leads. Then you do what I am doing, you write a google review.

Eventually, these businesses will understand that their reputation will suffer by doing business with a company that continues to thumb its nose at the laws around texting.

Edit: Owner comments are misleading. Owner contracts with Close-AI. Owner buys these leads from this company who is violating TCPA. If owner wants to continue to support such companies that result in unwanted texts, owner should understand that they are part of the problem. If you are a business using a service like this, note that they are an extension of your business. So, when they do something wrong on your behalf, you should expect to get a 1-star review.
