Was installing a new toilet and I had to replace the old water supply valve, which was beyond my DIY talents. Ramin came within an hour (even though it wasn’t an emergency) and swapped me in a new valve pronto. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

Ramin did a great job on a tough job inspite of a lot of hurdles. His persistence and focus to problem solving and getting the job done was commendable. We needed replacing the microwave and building exhaust to go out of the house. We ran into several obstacles to get the exhaust duck out of house like heating HVAC duct, electrical, etc. Ramin persisted to solve each problem with us and got the entire job done in ONE day. Impressive !!!

I had an issue with my shower temperature and initially thought it was time to replace the shower handle. Unsure of the root cause, I called Ramin and scheduled an appointment. He provided a precise arrival window and showed up right on time. After diagnosing the problem, he identified that the issue was with the old cartridge. He quickly went to get a replacement, returned, and installed it—all within a couple of hours. Throughout the process, Ramin was professional, efficient, and friendly.
