Ray and his team provided great service. They removed a very heavy bathtub without scratching our hardwood floor and capped off the pipes below our flooring. I will use Ray for our future plumbing needs.

Had a clogged kitchen drain called got an appointment for 1hr later. Jesse showed up within the time given and was able to get his snake 60’ where I could only get mine about 8-9’. He cleared the line and we are go to go again. Jesse was nice, courteous, knowledgeable and respectful of our home. Little expensive but what isn’t these days. Breathe in breathe out move on. Pleased with the results and would use this company again , though hopefully won’t have to. Aloha

Roto came out quickly and was supportive in taking responsibility for their work. Drew did a phenomenal job of listening to the problem and explaining what was needed for it to be repaired. He communicated the progress of repairing a leaking toilet and sink. Things went smoothly with the repair and we would go to them again.

I had an issue with my water heater that became urgent when a different company couldn’t come until Monday I called Roto rooter as I’ve worked with them in the past. Joshua was at my house within 45 mins of calling and was incredible at fixing the issue and also educating me on how to do it myself in future along with tips on how to keep things going. He took extra time to truly make sure all was okay and even asked if I needed anything else while he was there. I’m keeping his card and definitely working with them and him again, if needed

Toan 6849 was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He was transparent about the process, pricing and gave thorough advice for the future. He was able to address the issue quickly and fixed our toilet clog.

Service providers were polite and approachable. They got to my house in a reasonable time and worked quickly. They were flexible with my timeline arriving from work and ensured me they would make sure the job was complete by the time I had to leave. For an emergency situation, they responded by phone within minutes of the phone call and were available in less than an hour.

When our shower wouldn’t turn on and then the handle broke we were able to get a consultation the first thing the next morning. Sam L. came out, gave us time to decide what we wanted to do based off his diagnosis of what parts would need to be replaced, and then made time to come back later that same day! Sam was quick to fix the issue and made sure we really understood what had caused the break before starting any work. Also very prompt! Showed up within the expected timeframe both times, while giving a 30-45 minute heads up before arriving each time. Will definitely keep his card handy for any plumbing in the future!

We had our water heater spring a leak and one week later our dishwasher hose burst. RR responded within the hour of our hot water tank issue which was in the late hours of the evening. We worked with the water mitigation and plumbing teams, both provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond. They were always available to answer questions and give input based on past experiences. As we dealt with multiple claims and a very difficult insurance company, RR continued to provide guidance and support. They showed us care and concern especially related to getting the house cleared of water damage and helping with an exhausting insurance exchange. Based on our positive experience, we would highly recommend them.

Jesse was very professional, gave us lots of tips to avoid repeat issues, and fixed our leaky sink! We have our kitchen back thanks to him!

Jesse came by and fixed my sink emergency on Thanksgiving morning. He was timely, funny and respectful to my home. He even showed me a few "best practices" to prevent clogs in the future. Thank you so much Roto Rooter and Jesse!!!

Drew was fantastic! He was super friendly and knowledgeable and installed my new water heater in about an hour. I'm a new homeowner and have never had to do anything like this before but Roto-Rooter made it easy and stress-free.

Prompt response from Jesse tech 2101. Jesse was knowledgeable worked quickly and resolved our problem. Cost was reasonable for a Saturday response within 2 hours.

We had a toilet clogged and needed repair ASAP. Technician Tyson came out and fixed our issue right away. He was extremely friendly, described all the work that was to be done and got to work right away. Everything is fixed and working as it should now. Would highly recommend and will use for any issues going forward.

I scheduled and appointment the night before for a Sat mining after my catch basin/ drain backed up in heavy rain and flooded my basement. The dispatcher called me in the morning to let me know the tech was on the way. Kenny with Roto-Rooter was prompt and professional hydrojetting the drain to clear out the blockage. They made it quick and easy. I would use Roto-Rooter again and recommend them to others. Pricing was in range of similar services from competitors.

Clayton was just amazing. Found the root of the problem right away or should I say 2x2. He even went out of his way to just to make sure there were no other problems and made sure to explain the problems and the solutions to me very clearly so that I could understand everything going on.
