Very happy with my experience with Plumb Fit and the installation of a new hot water heater. I was out of town when our water heater died on a Friday and they were able to get one installed (and remove the broken one) on Monday morning. Everyone was so pleasant, communication was great and their prices were reasonable. I highly recommend them!

Plumb Fit was great to work with, and I'd highly recommend them for plumbing work. Brian and Caleb did excellent work, were very personable and professional, tidy, and took extra time to answer several plumbing questions I had unrelated to the work they were doing. They replaced a hot water tank, stops and supply lines for all of my sinks, toilet and dishwasher. The cost was very reasonable and the job was done on time. Amber was also a pleasure to work with when scheduling the appointment.

After the work was completed, we had to head out of town for a few days. Came back and noticed the dishwasher wasn't getting any water. Thinking it was an issue with the new supply line, I called Plumb Fit. Amber was very friendly and responsive, and Brian and Caleb were out instantaneously to fix the problem. It wasn't any issue with their work, but rather a setting on the dishwasher.

We will definitely be calling Plumb Fit again for any future plumbing work and have recommended them to the other owners in our building for any plumbing need.

Plumb Fit is quick and does quality work! I’ve had Duke come out twice. Once for our kitchen sink backing up and another time for our bathroom sink dripping.

Thrilled with repairs Plumb Fit did for me! Had an interior drain problem that had been going on for over a decade. Over the years, other plumbers had told me my kitchen cabinets would need to come out or basement shower removed and floor jackhammered to fix. One plumbing company even ghosted me when I said it might be a complicated fix.

Plumb Fit (Jason) came out and scoped the line then requested a follow up visit from full plumber. Next day, Duke looked at lines and figured out how to redirect drains by cutting a couple rectangles out of my basement ceiling sheetrock. (They, Duke & Zack, were able to screw them back in place afterward, too!) Now I just need a minor mud & tape repair. Work was completed in one day! And the price was very reasonable. My drains are running great now. Greatly appreciate professional, quality service. My new go-to plumber.

We had a super positive experience with Plumb Fit. Before they even came out, the owner had called a vendor for me. I was very impressed and their quote for a sump pump replacement seemed very reasonable in comparison to other quotes we received.

The technician showed up on time, and finished on time. His finish work with the caulking was very well done. The tech was very polite and knowledgeable. When he left, It was as clean as when he got there.

Our tankless water heater's life finally ended. Plumb Fit came out the same day to assess what needed to be taken care of, and had a repair crew out within 24 hours! They discovered a leak in the copper tubing propane supply line and was able to fix that as well. Would absolutely do business with them again, the workmanship was expedient and quality

Plumb Fit is the best. I deal with them at least once a month for my job at a 150-unit senior apartment complex. Their staff is smart, friendly, efficient, and so patient with all of us. I call Duke "The Pipe Whisperer" because he tracks down mystery leaks that no one else was ever able to find. They believe in doing the best job with the best parts -- no half measures, but their pricing is honest and competitive.

Quick response, great communication, quality work, and very fair with pricing. It is so nice to work with a local plumbing company and get such personalized service. We will not hesitate to call Plumb Fit next time we need plumbing help!

Bath Fitter recommended Plum Fit. We needed to replace what I called the Kindergarten height toilet in our main bathroom, so we called Plum Fit. The friendly technician had a new one placed in no time at all.

Duke was so terrific! He was neat, polite, went above and beyond and even drilled a rack for my drawer that broke in the accident that wiped out my first pedestal sink! Great installation and Plumb Fit has a new customer!

Plumb Fit sent out a very capable technician who installed a new sink, faucet and piping. He also reset a toilet. The work was done quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this business and would definitely call them again.
