Great job 👍. We had a coil that was blown and a wiring issue. He fixed it very fast :)

My furnace broke in February with snow in the air. The owner himself was there on a Sunday, only a couple hours after I called. He personally did the repair and got my heat working.

Tom is great! He cares about his customers and will go the extra mile to help.

Tom was great to work with came right over needs parts to fix the problem but make sure that it was working enough to make us comfortable for the night until he can get the parts highly recommended service

He called me and walked me through a solution without charging me, and made sure I knew how to take care of it myself and solve our problem. I'm grateful people like this still exist. Extremely grateful for the help and professionalism.

30 year old gas furnace would not start after the long summer. Tom quickly looked over the overall condition of the unit before deciding to continue diagnosis. He didn't want to oversell me something I didn't need. Found a wire that had broken from years of heat, fixed it , cleaned the burners and surrounding areas, and now good as new.
Also gave me tips and tricks that would be of value for future upgrades.

Thank you Tom for a great job. Would highly recommend Acme for your A/C and heating needs. They were fair priced, honest, on time, clean and cautious of our home and did a great job installing a new furnace.
Tom found our problem with our old furnace and without any pressure, gave us the options for repairs. We chose to replace the 18 year old furnace . I prefer to give my business to local companies and I have no problem using Acme again for any repairs or maintenance..

Tom came out to repair our furnace and was honest and detailed about the problem and what could be done about it. It needed replacement and he gave us the details we needed to move forward. While he was here he also gave us great advice on how to save money on our electric bill over the winter, which we appreciated as new home owners.

Tom came out to for a furnace and AC inspection and was very personable, knowledgable, and thorough! He spent extra time educating us about our systems and seemed to genuinely enjoy providing service. He made us aware of a simple sensor solution we could implement to get the temperature in our upstairs rooms balanced out, and came back later to perform the installation. Worked great!

Tom installed two ductless mini-split systems in our new home in Bonney Lake, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Beyond the mini splits, he also helped install a new water heater, bathroom and laundry exhaust fans, diagnosed and corrected major issues with the HRV and an existing mini-split system that the previous contractor had installed incorrectly, and even took the time to troubleshoot and properly program our patio heaters when the electrician on site couldn’t get them working.
His knowledge, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond were outstanding. Professional, courteous, and extremely capable—Tom is the real deal. I highly recommend him without reservation!
