Just want to put this information out there if you are looking for a plumber. I used Cascade Plumbing Solution, LLC and they were the best. I can't say that about many different companies I have used in different fields but I wish this guy could do it all. He was everything and more of what I expected. He did a great, perfect job on installing my hot water tank. He was neat, clean and it looked fantastic. He uses great products and he cares about the job he is doing. He is prompt, gets right back to me anytime I contact him, goes the extra mile and the pricing is fair. His skills are above any others that I have had or know of. Let's admit it in today's world its hard to find someone that fits your expectations and when you do I like to let people know of them. Don't hesitate for one minute to hire Mike McBride. He was above my expectations and I set them high.

We called Mike at Cascade Plumbing to do a major job. We were in the process of building our restaurant. Mike was very helpful and assisted with the plumbing layout for our plans all the way into getting our plans approved for the permits. When it came time to start the excavation, Mike was on time and got the job done. We were ahead of schedule for our Big Grand Opening. Mike has done a few jobs for me now and I won't look any further for plumbing services again. His work is excellent, he has his process down so it's easy for the customer. He wants to ensure that he's done quality work and has gone above what was required more than once to just do what's right, and that is so appreciated. I had a frozen pipe bust at the hose bib and Mike rescued us when no one else would come out. He also looked at the rest of our pipes and taught me how to read the meter at the street for a water leak. He came quickly was very professional, kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him and to know that he came and helped when no one else could was very nice. I have never had such a nice neighbor who helped us out in a time you did not want be stuck without water. Please call Cascade Plumbing and hire Mike for all your plumbing needs.

Mike with Cascade Plumbing is phenomenal. He has been incredibly responsive and communicative, very quick, and he has done great work replacing two shower valves, fixing a wobbly toilet and adding a high end loop to our kitchen sink. We cannot recommend him enough!

Mike is professional, responsive, and very knowledgeable. He came out to assess slow draining faucets and found that it was an issue with our faucet, not the pipe or a clog. Mike stopped by to look at the faucet replacement I had called about and stayed to put in the new one I had bought. He was thorough in checking what would work and needed rearranging... he was professional and friendly and the new faucet was tested thoroughly, all lines used by the new plumbing hookup. I'm very happy with the whole process and will call him for any future needs.

I had a penny stuck in my garbage disposal. I could not retrieve it but thought it might be between the blades. Mike responded on Friday when I called and said he could come on Sunday at 10 AM. He texted Sunday morning to confirm the appointment. Took him one minute to get the penny out and the disposal was running fine. He would not accept payment. He used his gas to get here and it was a service call. This went above and beyond for sure. I would highly recommend Mike McBride and will definitely use him for any future plumbing problems. This was my lucky day.

Mike with Cascade Plumbing was great. He provided a detailed quote, prior to showing up, based on descriptions and pictures that I sent over. Overall project (hot / cold water relocation and home gate valve replaced) was done with extreme attention to detail. High quality workmanship. My expectations were exceeded and we will be using Cascade Plumbing Solutions for our next bathroom project in the next couple of months. I would highly recommend Cascade Plumbing Solutions!

We cannot say enough good things about Mike. He is an amazing plumber. He is dependable, professional, very knowledgeable, honest and reasonably priced. He was referred to us by a neighbor and came to look at our hot water tank. He determined it was still functional, but because of its age, 20 years, recommend it be replaced before it gave out. Because our tank was no longer in production, the limited space available, the breaker wattage and the wire gauge he had to find an appropriate replacement and spent much of his time hunting around to find one. The day he replaced the tank and turned the water back on a geyser developed in the front yard where our sprinkler system was cut into the main pipe coming from the meter. Mike dug it up and discovered a poorly installed union. He replaced the pipe and union so he could turn our water back on and then came back the next day to check it all out and clean up the front yard. Mike will be our go to plumber from now on. We highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber.

I contacted Mike for some minor repairs, when he was here doing a free estimate, he found a service leak outside of my home. Although he had other appointments on that day, he made sure to have it completely fixed by that evening! He returned today to do my repairs. He is honest, kind, hard working, knowledgeable, and professional. We will be having him back for remodels and plumbing additions soon. Once you meet Mike, you won't have to look for another plumber!

Mike was prompt in responding to my leaking hose faucet, he thoroughly inspected what needed to be done, quoted price, was focused and added access panel because it was an inside wall, protected floors, cleaned up and was on his way! I would recommend him to anyone and will absolutely call again! He is in my community and impressed me as straightforward and trustworthy!

Mike and Cascade Plumbing have been beyond amazing. He's gone way above and beyond to resolve some tricky issues at our home. He's rescued us at 11pm at night when our hose bib suddenly popped off and water was pouring out! On Dec 23rd, our toilet started running (loudly and with a lot of pressure) and we needed to turn off the water. I called Mike and he came the very next day (on Christmas Eve!!!) and completely redid the innards and then noticed the toilet was wiggly and reset that too! He's very responsive, super helpful, and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done right. Their prices are great too. Everyone I've referred him to has been thrilled. Cascade Plumbing will be our first choice for any jobs we have.

I first called Mike when my water heater expansion tank was leaking. He came out immediately and replaced it. When I inquired about getting a new water heater he said that mine looked fine and didn't he didn't want to sell me something I didn't need. I appreciated his honesty! While he was inspecting my water pressure he found out it was extremely high and suggested a pressure reducing valve. He installed that valve today. He had part of it put together before he arrived. He is very organized, professional, respectful, and arrives on time! His prices are very reasonable! I will always call Mike for any plumbing repair or upgrade; and will refer him to all my friends and relatives.

Mike has been taking care of me for years. He explains everything he does. I’m single so it’s great to have such an honest and amazing plumber to call. He fast and courteous. I’m very pleased with Mike as he goes above and beyond to help.

Mike is incredibly responsive, he text when he’d be available and then called within an hour or so and scheduled to come out same day. Fixed the faucet, was thorough and showed us the issue so we could prevent it from happening again.
Was so kind to look out our outside spigot and had a part on hand and fixed it free of charge!

Mike came out because we smelled gas coming from our water heater and checked for leaks for us same day! He gave us great peace of mind and ideas of what we should do next since he didn’t find anything. We absolutely will be using him again!

Mike was so kind and gave me references when his schedule was too full at that time. But he kept in touch with me and when his schedule opened up, he was able to promptly fix my pipe leak.
