Impressed! I was out of town when disaster struck. My kids called me freaking out because there was a water leak under the stairs. I called Michael from Las Vegas and explained the situation. He was kind enough to run out to our house and assess the situation. He was very communicative with my wife and I and kept up apprised of the situation. He was able to stop the leak, fix a couple problems that probably caused the leak and gave us tips on how to clean up the area from all the residual moisture. Pearson Plumbing did a great job for us! Mike got called on 12/22 about a leak. He was there within 2 hours of the call. He identified a faulty fixture after researching options recommended replacing with the same fixture, next day the fixture arrived and Mike installed it Xmas eve. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
