Excellent work with repairing my dishwasher. Val was great to work with, direct and transparent.

Had a great experience with GR Solution Appliance Repair on two separate appliances. They repaired the pump on my Samsung washing machine and replaced the magnetron on my Bosch microwave. They were upfront about pricing right away, no surprises on the final bill, and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. The technician arrived on time, clearly knew what he was doing, and explained everything before getting started. It's rare to find a service company in the Bothell area that's this professional and easy to deal with. Highly recommend and will definitely call them again.

It was great experience, I forgot name of person who came, But it was emergency call, my dishwasher broken, and I had guests next day. I called late evening and ask him to come and fix at night, I was willing to pay extra pay with no problem, he just charged what it was mention on phone.

Excellent service and communications: responded very quickly and came the same day, accommodating my schedule. The best thing was that they provided me with a flat rate, based on my description of the issue with my fridge - unlike many others, who charge for diagnostics and you have no clue what the total is going to be. And the quote was also reasonable.
