From the very beginning of the quote process with the technicians being at our house, Monte Heating And Cooling were professional and didn't hold back with answering all our questions honestly and unbiased. We are very happy to have chose Monte Heating And Cooling for our new furnace and AC units. This was a big purchase/investment for us and they really were the one company to make us feel comfortable about the purchase and not make us feel like we were being sold on anything. I will be a customer for life and will recommend them.

Service guy charged me $112.00 but didn't really do anything and my wall heater still doesn't work. Very disappointed. Will never use them again.
