I've had multiple appliances installed over the years from Sundance Energy Services. A furnace in 2012, a hot water heater in 2014, and A/C this year (2018). The installers have always been friendly and helpful. The work is professional and they always clean their mess up before they leave. I always do research first on what I'm buying, and Sundance has never tried to oversell or upsell me. I haven't had any issues with the appliances they have installed.

The entire team at Sundance is very professional in what they do. They are local, have many years in business, are fair in price, and are exceptionally significant in what they do. I am glad I used the Sundance. Thank you, Sundance team, for a job Well Done! When the time comes, I will use your services on other properties without hesitation.

Tim and Toby at Sundance were top tier! They are highly knowledgeable and gave me confidence in getting the right heating system installed for my house in an emergency situation. Communication was absolutely great too, even on weekends!

Our experience with Jordan Hansen was delightful. He was respectful, engaging and definitely took care of our product, including fireplace, furnace and air conditioner, with care. He even gave us some great information for our next season's maintenance and consideration in between!

I needed a new HVAC system installed asap at home after the old one died right before autumn. Looking at the reviews, I decided on a Mitsubishi ductless system (highly recommended by experts and home owners) and called Sundance for a quote.

The people at Sundance are helpful, prompt and efficient. I was able to get a quote, an assured installation date, and quick install as scheduled. I'm very happy with their service. Highly recommend.

I scheduled Sundance to service my furnace and gas fireplace. I was given a arrival window of 11-1pm. I received a text message update and a call from their technician Jordan letting me know he was on the way.

Jordan was polite, professional, efficient, and very knowledgable. He was very thorough in his inspection of my 20 year old furnace, found a part that was failing, and changed the filter. He also inspected and serviced the gas fireplace, cleaned the gas outlet, added some elements to increase the glow effect, explained features I did not know I had, and throughly cleaned the glass plate, panels and area where he worked in front of the fireplace.

I would definitely use Sundance again for my future services and would request Jordon.

My experience with Sundance Energy was wonderful. Warm, friendly people, transparent and excellent bids and pricing, and thorough and timely service and explanations. Looking forward to a cozy winter with my Kozy Heat insert.

Jordan is an excellent technician: careful, professional and attentive. He did a great job of cleaning my fireplace to ensure it’s winter-ready. When I called to express concern about a natural gas odor when running the fireplace, he added me to his schedule that very day, to come by and check on the gas line. I couldn’t ask for better customer service. Thank you, Jordan!

Bryan Hoeck has been servicing our gas fireplace for years. He is always friendly, courteous, on time and very efficient.
When making an appointment, the staff is very helpful and work with you for a time and day that fits your needs.
We have used this company for over 30 years at our previous home as well.

My fiancé and I were looking to have central AC installed in our home. From the moment we contacted Sundance Energy Services it was a great experience and this was definitely the case throughout the whole process. From the initial appointment with Deanna and Curtis to the installation and completion of the job. The whole team was amazing to work with. Not only did I have them install a new central AC unit, they also replaced my wood burning stove insert with a gas insert. I could not be happier with the work that the whole team did. Very "warmly" appreciate the prompt response, correct problem diagnosis in less than 5 minutes and repair parts installed and tested in something light 20 minutes, so my furnace is functioning 100% and we could not be more satisfied with the Sundance Energy service staff member to did the work today.

Sundance installed a fireplace here several years ago and it works great. Annually they come to service and maintain the fireplace and our home furnace and they keep everything in great shape. Heather the technician is always professional and was so wonderful with our dog. Highly recommend.

They were fabulous to work with. The sales person and the installer were so knowledgeable and I can’t say enough good things about this company. Love my new fireplace!!❤️❤️❤️ I highly recommend them. JD and Tobias are the best!!!

Tim was on time, called before hand to make sure I was ready, which I appreciated. He was professional, friendly and open for questions. I hope he's my technician every time I call! He certainly deserves 5 stars.

We had a great experience from estimate appt to job being completed. We converted our 37 year old wood insert to a gas insert and had a new furnace installed. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. They educated us on all of our options. Provided us with different programs we may qualify for to help with cost and efficiency.

We have used Sundance for annual maintenance on our Gas fireplace and furnace for the past three years. Technicians are very professional and timely. Honest opinions are given and education provided. Bryan was here today and arrived on time and was very courteous and efficient with the fireplace and furnace tune up. Strong customer service from both the office and field personnel make doing business with Sundance easy.

Had an older gas freestanding fireplace replaced with a newer one. This required a lot of work, and Tobias and Ronan were excellent. They arrived right on time, kept me apprised of all the work they were doing, and left the worksite cleaner than when they started!

Tim Robertson did an amazing job! He was early to the appointment, professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He actually sets the bar for how service should be in the industry. Sundance is fortunate to have him.
