Shout out to Retrofit Construction! Eric and his crew did our roof at the Haven in Allyn Assisted Living Facility and they did not disappoint! The crew was friendly, they came in and got the job done in less time than expected. They cleaned up all their materials, were respectful of our residents' space and best of all our roof looks great, Thank you!

Eric and his crew are absolutely a throwback to the time when companies cared about their customers! They provided fast quality services for my roof and my flooring at the best price! I compared prices with several other companies and they beat them by thousands!!! It makes me so happy to know that there are still companies that don’t want to rip people off and give people quality work at more than a fair price!

Due to some builder errors, our 30-year roof did not last 30 years. Upon returning from a trip, we noticed an area of the roof with a large indentation. Although we had no leakage in the house, we were concerned and contacted Eric to come out and look. Unfortunately, we had dry rot underneath the roofing material. Since we did not know what might be going on elsewhere, we decided to have the entire roof replaced. We got multiple bids and the bid from Retrofit Construction was very competitive. They were also able to complete the project much sooner than anyone else we had out. Eric knew we were concerned about a roof failure due to our vaulted ceilings and only insulation and drywall between us and the rain. He was able to get us on his re-roof schedule within 10 days of getting us his bid. A crew of 10 very hard workers from Retrofit Construction showed up to do the job on a Monday morning and the new roof was completed by late afternoon. His crew worked very well together, and they did an outstanding job. The roof looks great, and the crew did a super job of cleaning up afterwards. We had a minor issue with one of our vents that we noticed after the work was complete. Eric was out first thing the next morning to address and fix the issue. We recommend Retrofit Construction for any of your roofing needs.

It took them 3 1/2 days. We had a big and tall roof with detached garage. The guys were professional and courteous. The new roof looks great. I would recommend them.

My family had a house fire back in November 2023. Eric and his crew were amazing. They provided excellent customer service and the work they did was exceptional. They took the time every step to make sure we were happy. I would recommend them time and. time again.

Eric gave a fair price, and when it came time to schedule he had a crew out in less than a weeks time from when we gave the go ahead to replace the roof. Job turned out nice and, the crew was diligent and took care to lay out tarps to keep debris contained. I highly recommend Retrofit construction.
