Joe and Marshall came out and unclogged my bathtub in about five minutes. It was both great and affordable. Highly recommend.

Garbage Disposal was jammed, sink would drain into the dish washer. When running, the dish washer would drain into the sink.
Chris arrived, on schedule, checked the disposal-used a special wrench to hand operate-disposal started working again. Sink drained properly and dish washer drained properly. Chris handed me the special tool, his business card, said Merry Christmas and left. Total charge---$0.

We had an emergency plumber repair needed on a job. Collins answered their phone, scheduled promptly and the plumber who took the job communicated well. They aren’t they cheapest company but I think you get what you pay for.

After meeting the owner - Mr. Collins, I am happy to report that this company is first class and yes, I do recommend them. There prices are much less than the others in western washington that I have used. No extra charge on the weekends (that's when everything bad happens to me) Good company, good people.

I am so pleased with this company. They did an emergency repair on an outside water bib in June. Then in September we developed a leaking water valve under our kitchen sink. They had to make three trips because each problem hid another. They did everything I would have done, but they did it right! By now I would have probably had the external wall opened up and be changing the valve, which would not have fixed the problem. They show up on time! They are courteous! They are professional! I couldn't ask for better service!

Collins plumbing will be my go to plumbers from now on. The scheduling person worked very hard to get someone out right away. Kitchen sink was hopelessly blocked. Joe knew what to do. He didnt even have to go under the sink but was able to get to the clog from the roof! He was pleasant and courteous even having to haul himself and heavy equipment up a latter to the roof. Great experience.

Parents house had a leaking 2 hot cold fittings in a tight work area.

Called up within 24hrs had a plumber over reworking fittings that was not installed correctly by an out of area repairman.

Fair price for the work done, plumber knowledgeable and friendly.

I appreciate the work.
