These guys were on time and on budget. He went above and beyond to get this plumbing done for us so we could move into our new home. He is a wealth of knowledge for all of my plumbing questions and plans. 100% will use them again.

I had Billy over to move some pipes for a kitchen project and again to install a pressure release valve on our 100 year old house. He was fast, knowledgable, and did a good job both times.

This year we had them come out and install a hot water heater, guys were friendly and professional!

Our plumber canceled on us the DAY BEFORE he was suppose to start our project. We were frantic and we were referred to Billy. He came out right away, got us a quote and scheduled us in super quick. A new homeowner in the area, I reached out to Billy and Pelican Plumbing after seeing positive reviews on a local Facebook group. He solved my immediate issues quickly and efficiently, and explained the underlying causes to me so I felt empowered to properly maintain my kitchen tap and outdoor faucet. I feel great knowing I have a reasonably priced, dependable plumber I can call if bigger issues arise.

Subsequently, I had a damaged pipe at my water meter and Gabe came out to fix it, explaining the issues to me, and putting a pipe up so the meter is more visible and protected from car traffic. I have recommended Pelican to neighbors and friends.

Their service was excellent. They were proactive and asked for photos of our fixtures prior to arriving so they would have parts on hand when they arrived. We appreciated that they came over quickly to help us before our guests arrived, as our issue was in our guest bathroom. We are very thankful to have them in the community.

Billy has done two separate plumbing jobs for me and both were wonderful. He provided a timely and accurate estimate that outlined all the work to be completed. Billy arrived on time and got right work. The jobs were completed quickly and within the agreed upon estimate. The work site was left clean and he guarantees all his work. Billy was so professional and courteous, he even took a follow up call from me with additional questions, taking the time to walk me through the issue I was having. These guys were so great! They came out and fixed a leaky shower drain for me, and said it was a quick job and didn't charge me for it. I also pointed them to a flex pipe in the bathroom that wasn't causing issues but that was definitely not a recommended pipe and asked if I should replace it, but since I had mentioned that I was planning on replacing the whole bathroom anyway, they recommended I wait until then to replace it because anything they put in would be taken out anyway when I redo the bathroom. They even recommended a contractor for my planned remodel. They showed such honesty and integrity, I will only be using Pelican Plumbing for future plumbing needs from here on out!

Rick was early-which is awesome, and he and his apprentice got the work done quickly and seamlessly. Highly recommend.

The plumbers were very professional and did their best to make the cuts in the wall they needed very neat and easy to repair. They also cleaned up very well.

We had some repairs that we needed done on our house that we were selling and already under contract on, so we were not only working on a deadline, but also needed someone to get the job done right. Billy did amazing work, and he went above and beyond to work with us on exactly what we needed done. He was prompt with sending his estimate and invoice, as well being affordable. Soaking tub and fawcet installed in a manufacturer home. They showed up when they said they would. They needed to make some schedule changes and gave me plenty of notice. Great people to work with.
