Anthony was very friendly and great communication and very insightful. He knows what he’s doing and was patient and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend for any and all plumbing household needs.

I was very impressed with the technician from Robinson. I had many issues with filthy dirty gross water that came up out of drains in 2 bathtubs and 1 shower. In addition. 2 toilets backed up. When tech arrived it didn't take long for me to see I was in very capable hands. When he finished everything was sparkling.

I don't usually post on services but Robinson Plumbing will make relieved and happy.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received. The technician (Jesse Cabrera) was extremely personable and walked me through all options. I truly thought I would have had more carving up of my wall to access the issue, but he did it as least invasive as possible (luckily the problem was close and not further down the line). He also left the area cleaner than when he started. AAA service!

Derek was very professional both on the initial visit when he came for the initial estimate and when he came back for the service., We were having several items addressed at one time. He took the time to answer questions, did a dry fit for the kitchen faucet to ensure we were happy with how it looked and would function, talked us through the maintenance of the water heater and made sure the installation was up to current code. Provided options on how to address our concerns with a drain line without pressuring on a solution. I would recommend to friends and family and if we have other plumbing needs, I hope we work together again.

Varera arrive on time to replace my kitchen faucet. He identified which style
I chose one and he got that part and installed it. He installed the new faucet. For a very reasonable.cost them also checked the walls inside and outside in the area of the sink

Used Robison service to have a new toilet installed.

Jordan Cave was very timely and informative. He arrived right at 9 as we were scheduled for a service time between 9-12. Robison has been our go to plumbing service for 10+ years.

Seth was extremely helpful with our plumbing back up. He not only fixed the issue but also informed us of other areas that should be addressed in the future. Robinson plumbing was able to send out someone before 10am this morning when I issued presented itself at 9pm last night. Highly recommend!

Great work. Removed a leaking under sink heater and gave sage advice on how to better effect instant warm water. Really appreciated his work and kindness. Amazing had them out again to instaall sink and faucet. Really professional and explain everything. They are goung to do my hot water heater. Impressed with Robison.

Todd arrived on time for both the estimate and the repair. He thoroughly explained the water pump system that he was installing and checked several times to make sure our water pressure was where we needed it to be. He made sure it was securely fastened,and informed me about the warranty and their service guarantee. Not only is this pump quieter, but it runs super efficiently! Todd alerted me to when he was arriving. He was prompt, courteous and obviously skilled. He detected the problem with my leaking showerhead and quickly set about to fix it. It requires a new part, which he said he will research and obtain. In the meantime, he graciously hooked up a temporary shower head for me as it could take a few days to get the new part. I was impressed with his knowledge, ability and for understanding that I can't exist without a working shower.

My tenant let me know the kitchen sink in our rental was draining very slowly. I called Robison Plumbing, and happily, they had an appointment the same day available. The tech, Sean, arrived on the early side of the allotted time frame, and he was exceptionally communicative every step of the way. Customer service is a dying art these days, so his clear explanations of the service options, and upbeat, helpful attitude was a breath of fresh air, it really stood out to me. Within an hour, the clog was cleared, and Sean explained Robison's warranty policy. I will absolutely contact Robison Plumbing in the future for my plumbing needs in Bremerton.

I have needed to call Robison Plumbing twice in the last 2 years. Both times for a leak in my main water feed to my house. The second repair was needed to replace a fitting, from the first repair, which had cracked. They fixed it - no charge.
Both times, they were prompt, professional, and reasonable. I will definitely call them anytime I need a plumber.

Outstanding service by my go-to Technician, Jon Burns and Robison Plumbing once again!! Storm drain clean out and sump pump check for proper working order. I have utilized Robison Plumbing several times when needed in the last 30 years as they epitomize “Business goes where they are needed, they stay where they are wanted, price may offer an inducement but Quality and Service offer the reason”!!

Jesse arrived in a few hours after I called. He was a top notch professional. He assessed the situation and while asking a few questions, he brought to my attention that I (for some dumb reason) had neglected any type of service maintenance on my tank-less hot water system. He took care of that situation and! Got me hooked up with a much needed yearly maintenance program. If he hadn't caught that issue it would probably would have been very costly to replace that unit as well. Thanks! for the heads-up on that. I'll be using Robison Plumbing Services from now on.

Our kitchen sink got plugged and would not drain even after numerous attempts to unplug it! Called Robinsons Plumbing they sent the technician Seth Franks out to fix our stubborn sink! He was super efficient identifying the problem right away got right to work and resolved our backed up sink right away! On a side note Seth was knowledgeable & friendly and extremely helpful! I would definitely recommend Robinsons plumbing been using their services for over 10 + years for different projects.

Travis and Adrian are very professional. They fixed the problem quickly and smoothly. It was sewer problem. They took photos and video before and after , and Travis explained to me what problem was, and they fixed very efficiently and effectively.

Service Tech Jon arrived on time. Very courteous. He explained the process of how the water heater works and as my home is a mobile home, it was a tight fit manuvering the new water heater into the same space as the older one. He worked steadily, not hurriedly, made sure everything he installed, drain lines for overflow on water heater and new plastic water piping for the kitchen faucet were all fitted properly and took pictures so I could see what he installed in the crawlspace for heater.

I had a great experience with Robison Plumbing! Sean did an excellent job. He was friendly, professional, and incredibly efficient. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on, and had everything working perfectly in no time. It’s rare to find someone so personable and skilled.
