I saw their TV ad and was sold just from the sincerity and honesty in the ad. Their reviews are through the roof! So I called them to come out and look at my heat pump. Tye is such an impressive human being. I only had 4 dollars to tip him and that clearly was not enough according to my standards. What a company! From Darian, who was a treat to talk to, then ending up with Tye. Great job and if you do not choose these folks over anyone else well just know that I warned you......punkin a.k.a. Michael Javelet

Jesse the technician even came early (he called first) and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and an awesome person to deal with! The front end staff were very helpful and explained a lot about the thermostat etc! Great company!

Our house built in the 1950s had remnants from three previous HVAC systems. Home Energy Group deduced the most efficient and cost effective system for our house easily and put a plan of action in place quickly. Incredible service from the installation team. They showed up on time every morning, worked with me around our dogs, and scheduled all necessary inspections/testing for special financing quickly. A huge THANK YOU from The Babbs.

I have used other companies to perform a routine maintenance on my equipment and they came up with extra charges every time. This company did the requested work, without "finding" things to fix, and even went so far as to spray off my AC unit. I didn't know that's part of maintenance until they did it, prompting me to look up basic services on AC maintenance. The fee is somewhat discounted on maintenance when you have both AC and furnace checked in the same visit, versus seperately. I'm always for saving money. This is where the problem began. The entire company computer system was down when they were here, meaning I couldn't pay at the time of visit...as expected. I did end up having a billing issue, with not receiving any follow up phone calls or mail reminders and mentioned this in my original review. The owner, Brian, reached out shortly after for me to contact him to make it right. He went above and beyond anything I expected. I appreciate that he took time to explain the current procedures and how they will be changing, as a result of my experience, for the better. In a world of cold convenience with no human touch, this was a welcome respite and I will happily continue to give this company my business.

Home Energy Group, Inc came highly recommended. I called for an appointment and the next day Jason Neal came out. I explained I had no heat source. We have radiant ceiling heat but it has not worked for years. Our only other source is a wood stove. I was bringing my husband home after 2 weeks in the hospital and several major surgeries. I had a emergency. The team of Home Energy Group, Inc. scheduled to come out immediately. Ed Locati led the team and we knew we were in good hands. They placed a Daikin heat pump in our home. It is the perfect product for us. I had heat before I brought my husband home . The Home Energy Group, Inc has set the example for going above and beyond excellent customer service. They are kind, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. These qualities are rare. They came to my rescue in a stressful situation. The owners, Bryan Wrigley, Kris Wrigley and Ed Locati are selling a wonderful product and should be proud of their company and staff. I appreciate your hard work and dedication. Great experience with Home Energy Group. Our technician, Ed, was kind and a wealth of knowledge regarding how to maintain our ductless unit. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team.

Jason met us at our new home within a day of our request. His quote for A/C and install offered three options to choose from which we appreciated. Our install was scheduled for post-closing of our home purchase. When we closed early, Home Energy Group was accommodating and found us an earlier appointment day. The install was smooth and non-disruptive to us.

For those of you out there wondering who to call for Heating and air conditioning problems , WANDER no further than Home Energy Group . We called them a couple of years ago and have never looked back. They truly give a damn about their customers and the work they do like few companies I have ever called for any kind of home work. We found them through word of mouth and so I want to use my mouth to further spread the word. Just call them and you will soon find out the truth that the rest of us learned long ago. I want to say that I'm sorry for waiting so long to say this. Shame on me indeed !

We’ve been extremely satisfied with Home Energy group. Jason helped us in sales. He was really easy to work with.Jesse did our maintenance and was timely, courteous, and efficient. He gave honest feedback about the condition of our filter which ended up still having some life in it.

After just using Home Energy Group for our AC repair, we will never go though another HVAC company again. They absolutely blow their competition out of the water. Their response time, pricing, and customer service are unbeatable. HVAC issues are never fun, but they really took the pain out of the process and we had a great experience. Can't recommend them enough.

We decided to replace our close to 30 year old Natural Gas furnace with a new one and AC to our home. I worked with 5 different contractors to see about price and relationship. One thing that I learned with this process is that 9 time out of 10, the installer is the most important part of the equipment that you select. The team at HEG helped me understand all aspects of the research that I had done. They arrived and the crew was very professional and got to work immediately. The safely removed the old system from our home and proceeded to ensure that at least the furnace was installed before they left for the 1st day. The next day they continued their work. Crews cleaned up after themselves and were very communicative, which is very important to me. They finished the furnace and the AC on the second day and performed a Duct Leak Test as well. This information gave me info on how to improve my home energy efficiency even more. This was great. I'm very impressed with the work they did and do plan to continue to use them for other needs in the future.

I had Home Energy Group out to replace my HVAC system and Nick and Zeke did an excellant job, they were both courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Also they didn't do a rush job, they took their time and did a high quality install. I would highly recomed these two and their company.

We absolutely love our ductless heat pump! Jason and his team did a wonderful job getting our system installed. The time of quoting to installation took less than 2 weeks and installation was done in a couple of hours. We are extremely pleased with the work and product that Home Energy Group provided.

We are new to the Vancouver, WA area and purchased a home needing remodeling. Home Energy Group installed a new Mitsubishi whole house HVAC system. They arrived quickly to quote our project, returned in 4 days with all the required equipment, and completed the job in 3 days. Their professionalism and attention to detail is only surpassed by the respect they showed by protecting surfaces, cleaning up after themselves, installing supply vents and returns in difficult to access but perfectly placed locations.

Jason, Dusty, Kadin and the whole team were so easy to deal with- responsive by phone and email, and the quality of their work is first-class. We had a full replacement of a gas furnace and ducted AC with a new heat pump system- couldn’t be happier with the job. They even tolerated all my annoying questions and last minute changes with good grace.

We used Home Energy Group to install a new furnace and AC unit a couple of years ago and they did a fantastic job. Today I had trouble with my AC unit and Ed came right out and quickly found the problem, fixed it and didn't charge me a penny! This company has been so easy to deal with and always comes out quickly and is very pleasant to work with. Couldn't be happier with them!

I've had Jesse out a few times at my place for maintenance inspections or troubleshooting and appreciate him. Very helpful and will explain things for you very well. Price send pretty typical for HVAC stuff.

Usually have been available within a few days from calling to get them out in non emergency situations. Definitely recommend
