Kent answered my message for a leaky hose bib, around 10pm at night, about 10 min after I sent the message. He had an opening the next afternoon. He was prompt, respectful and fixed it in under an hour. We would highly recommend him. -Sue Heath

I got fired from my job on February because my wife got a debilitating condition that requires showers and freezing cold baths. Our kid broke our shower handle completely, on top of it our dryer went out. So I told him that I couldn't afford much for a plumber. He gave me a GREAT price right away, scheduled as soon as possible. Came to our house, we are very liberal so was worried about him coming into our home, my wife is bi and I am from California, but he fixed it promptly, was VERY friendly and efficient and even had a card reader so I didn't have to go to the bank. ANY plumbing problems call him right away.
He fixed my shower without bending me over with the price. Now my wife won't kill me for making her condition worse

Kent came when he said he was going to come, charged what he said he was going to charge, and did the work quickly. He will now be our neighborhood plumber.

I called Pipesmith (Kent) on a day when the temperature suddenly dropped to 12 degrees and the water supply to our house stopped. I suspected a frozen pipe somewhere and called Kent. Driving conditions were potentially dangerous, but Kent agreed to come and investigate our situation. He quickly identified the issue (a pipe exposed by the neighboring construction) and defrosted it. We had water back on within an hour of his arrival on a day when the other plumbing companies I called refused to come out due to poor driving conditions. I commend Kent's dedication to fixing our problem and will use him in the future.

Kent came out and plumbed our new construction house. Super clean, fast and efficient. In and out in 2 days- would definitely recommend giving him a call!
