Hawks is the best and only hvac company I would trust to do anything with my furnace and ac they came right out and got everything fixed very fast and trustworthy company I can’t say enough good things about this company and employees very professional

I’ve used Hawks Heating & Air multiple times, the first to change out a furnace and install a heat pump and the second time to install a mini split in my workshop. Every time we use them we are amazed at their knowledge and how good this company is! It’s hard to find a good honest company these days but so glad I found this one! Highly recommend!!!

Hawks heating and air are reliable, efficient, knowedgable and their customer support goes above and beyond. They service and repaired three different heating and air units at our Bed and Breakfast! So glad to hear they have returned to our area as we would for sure call them again for our heating and air needs. 5 stars all the way!!!

My parents AC went out yesterday in the middle of a heat wave! We've used Oz before. I called him up this afternoon & he said he would fit them into his schedule today. He called them & was at their house at 4:30pm. By 5pm, he had replaced 2 parts & had the unit running. Can't say enough about how good Hawks Heating & Cooling is. Honest, Responsive, and doesn't overcharge.

I called and then messaged Hawk's Heating and Air on this past Friday when I realized our A/C unit was freezing on both in the inside and outside coils. We had turned our heat pump off when we discovered this and new we had to have a leak somewhere. Brandon and another man (his name escapes me at the moment) came out promptly on Monday morning BEFORE their scheduled time of 11am (LOVE THAT!) and went immediately to work to diagnose. They discovered we had a total of 3 small leaks and then repaired them and charged our freon (they had to add 4 lbs back into the system). They were 100% professional, prompt and worked quickly but were very thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone I know with any heating and/or A/C concerns and would definitely use them again (although I am hoping I won't need to!). I thought the price was fair and I was happy to have the A/C working again especially coming into this hot week we are about to embark on. Thank you so much Brandon and team at Hawk's Heating and Air, you were a lifesaver for us!

Called in a week or so ago and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful.

Brandon came out to the house & was able to get everything fixed up and the gas fireplace working finally just in time for the holidays 🥰.

Also asked if he could work up a quote on some future work we want done.

Definitely 5* service. Brandon came right out when explaining two-year terrible service and charges from another company, including new unit, two failed compressors, refusal to do anything, etc. He analyzed situation finding incorrect wiring and other issues, very thorough, talked to factory re situation. Got an entire new unit at a great price, works fantastic. Never would use anyone else again.

Brandon installed a York Mini Split Heat Pump Condenser for me, last week. He was prompt, was here when he said he would, and was done about 2 hours early! He was very polite, explained things to me, and was awesome to work with. I would recommend Hawk's for all heating and cooling! LindaV

Brandon installed two York heat pumps and two new furnaces for us last year. Everything went well up until yesterday. Our furnace started acting up. Called Brandon and he made it a priority to come out and get us fixed up. Great customer service and very fair pricing.

Since I bought my home in 2020, Hawks Heating & Air has helped me keep my existing (poorly installed) HVAC system limping along. Brandon is so professional and responsive and was always there within a day of my many service calls. This winter ('23) the heater/blower finally blew up and rather than sink more money into those faulty systems, it was time to do an energy efficient upgrade. Hawks Heating & Air gave me a very competitive quote on Energy Star compliant Heaters and Heat Pumps and corrected all the previous installation issues... AND with 0% financing options and quality, speedy work. Brandon and his wife Jennifer are honest, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with... this business is simply a local treasure. Our heat pump stopped working… called Hawk’s, and they were able to come out four hours later! Did a very thorough service, fixed the issue no problem and told us how to keep it from happening again. Super courteous, excellent service ! Love supporting family-owned local businesses.

I would highly recommend Hawk's Heating and Air! I called Hawk's in August, assuming it would be months before they could accommodate our interest in AC. Not only were they able to come out for an estimate in less than a week. They included system options and explained them clearly. Not only that, but Hawks partners with an electrician. Other companies we got estimates from expected us to arrange the electrical work separately. Every employee we worked with -- receptionist/billing to estimate and installation to the electrician -- was polite and helpful. The whole experience was easy, and the price was the best out there!

I love Brandon and the Hawks team. My heating system wasn't functioning and Brandon drove 100 miles one way to fix it on new years day. He wouldn't bill me, said it was warranty work. That's what I call customer service.
