I really like the way this company were prepared for their visit. They asked for pictures of the work to be addressed before they came and then gave an accurate estimate before they were on site. Add ons are only $45 , so I'd advice to make sure if you have a number of jobs thath you get them some all at once.

These guys were great. We had an odor problem and they gave us solutions that didn't require us spending a ton of money. They are aware of customer's desire to save money, and possibly solve their own problems with a professionals help. I highly recommend this company.

Toilet flange lowered to meet new flooring level. PRV installation, replacement of main shutoff valve, and new expansion tank. Derek is a clear, thorough communicator, and is happy to explain things, answer questions, and offer advice. Showed up promptly, did all the work specified, cleaned up.

Rain City Plumbing was timely, courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the process and answered questions for me. Although my current issue did not require their services, I will definitely be calling them in the future with any plumbing issues.

I had a toilet that ran continuously and wouldn’t flush all the way down. Manuel and MarCo came out and replaced the toilet and also replaced a broken angle stop. They were quick, clean, and very nice! They explained everything they did and what was wrong. Here and gone in about 30 minutes. Price was also very agreeable!

Rain City Plumbing, again, did a great job. Spence analyzed my problem, gave a reasonable quote, and they came out as soon as they could. Jaime and David worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't be more pleased. I will of course call Rain City Plumbing when I have another plumbing problem.

Spence was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly on both the phone and in person. Raincity exactly matched our existing Hansgrohe faucet that needed replacing . They were on time and the price quote was accurate to the final cost. Spence had to travel to the hardware store for unexpected parts for our garbage disposal that was not even part of the job description. He also inspected our water heater and multiple toilets for problems/issues free of charge. We will highly recommend this company to everyone we know.

The Rain City team is great! Open and upfront with estimates so you know what to expect. Plumbers are very professional and highly skilled.

I hired Rain City to install a new water heater, a pressure reducing valve, and a home run manifold system. They also replaced my kitchen drain lines and ran it through the basement wall instead of across the basement ceiling. Spence at Rain City who did the estimate and supervised the job was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and great to work with. Antonio who performed most of the work was amazing. The plumbing is very tidy, which isn;t always easy in a 1920s house with non-standard dimensions. When I am ready for my next project, I am definitely hiring Rain City again.

They came to replace indoor plumbing, replace the hot water tank, haul away the old one, and replace the kitchen sink drain line to the main sewer.
They were honest, on-time, courteous, had an awesome estimate, and did awesome work, and cleaned up beautifully as promised. Will definitely use these guys again, wonderful plumbers, and they really know what they are doing. I simply can not say enough great things about them!

Spence and his crew did a great job at repiping our whole house's supply. We walked through to do the initial scoping; he explained everything carefully and in terms I understood. He made some good suggestions, including the addition of a hot-water recirculator, which was a huge quality-of-life upgrade for our house. We also really like the new kitchen sink he had suggested, when we said we wanted an upgrade there.

When I need a plumber again, I'll be calling Rain City.

2022 - they did a great job again. We had a slow-draining sink in our basement kitchenette. They tried to snake it unsuccessfully, but pointed out several deficiencies in the way it was originally installed by the previous homeowners. They worked up a quote for a comprehensive repair, and they were able to do it same-day.
