Oven repair. Came same day as first contacted. Fast, expert service.

We called A-1 after dinner but Jordan came anyway. (Of course freezers only break after 5:00!) Inconvenient for everyone, but he SAVED us. Our freezer (new Frigidaire) was full of my garden produce, and thawing fast. Jordan removed the back wall of the freezer, found the problem, went to his truck and cobbled together a workaround. After one hour we were back in business. The freezer has been sub-zero ever since!
I totally recommend Jordan and his family business if you have appliance problems (they may specialize in freezers?).

Unbelievable magic occurred with Jordan. A mouse chewed thru the ice maker water line. I got the water shut off at 330am, with water damage behind the wall. I was struggling with GE and google searches, made an appt for a week out (no Kitchen cold water) Called A1 and son. and he came within the hour. It was an incredibly difficult corner. Anyone else would have had to pull out dishwasher to get from sink to icemaker. But nimble wise Jordan climbed up and over and down behind dishwasher. It was a miracle and not $500.00 to 1200.00 bucks to fix older big side by side fridge. YAAAY!!!

Absolutely amazing! Came same day within an hour of me calling, gave quote over the phone and was able to tell me what was wrong. Fixed in about an hour.

I wanted to share my experience with A1 and Son Appliance Repair. The repair person came out the same day that i had a refrigerator that was running and would not turn off. Not only sunday, but today is also new years eve. They not only diagnosed my bad thermostat, but also fixed the light that had stopped working, even with a new bulb. They were fast, explained how the defective part worked and what was wrong with it. Had the part in the truck and was neat and clean. Also a two year warranty on parts. An excellent repair service that i highly recommend to all.

Jordan came to fix a blocked de-frost drain on the same evening of my phone call. He was pleasant, thorough and innovative. In addition to clearing the drain, he made two modifications to prevent a recurrence and recommended a slight increase in the temperature of the freezer for the same reason. The cost was extremely reasonable.

Jordon was outstanding, worked late into the evening.... very knowledgeable and was in my kitchen 50 min after I made the first call... OUTSTANDING!!!!

These people are more than fair. They showed up after hours, explained what needed to be done, quoted a good price and fixed my old refrigerator with no fuss. Cleaned up after themselves and put the food back where it belonged ! Couldn't have been better.

Jordan was very knowledgeable and great to talk to. He responded the same day I called, came out and repaired 2 different units. He worked until 8 PM. Go with these guys!

my dryer stopped working on Friday I only have Friday and Saturday off I called almost 10 shops and was told mid week or next year I was about to buy a new dryer due to timing. A1 squeezed me in Saturday 6pm he came and knocked out my dryer and had the parts in hand was a bad heating element and now hes going to taller my screwed up ice maker. I saved the number on my phone very happy with the service scheduling and work and the price was extremely reasonable

After calling several companies trying to find one that will take the ferry out to the island where I live, I reached Jordan at A1 and Son. He took the time to talk through the problem I was having with my gas oven. Then he offered a solution but wanted to check with the manufacturer first so he told me he'd call me back. A half hour later he called back with the answer and said he could come fix it the same day! About three hours later he pulled in the driveway. No fancy van or uniform, just a guy getting the job done. He was friendly and profession as he did the repairs. An hour later, the oven was fixed and he was on his way. The cost was reasonable, especially given the same day service. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience with this third-generation family business.

I had the absolutely best experience. So fast response fixed my dryer reasonably priced. And so smart and knows what he was talking about. I recommend them 100. Thank you.

I called them late on a Friday and they are able to come out next day on a Saturday to fix. Quick service and prompt appointment.

Jordan at A1 was very helpful, after I already had a technician from another company here diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator, but that company was a rip-off and I would not/could not pay their repair fee. Jordan ordered the part and was promply here next day to do the repair. He had quoted me the price in advance and honored same. He was quick and courteous and I paid a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend A1!

Jordan fixed my refrigerator within two hours of me calling. That included me having to call him back to confirm the cost estimate was okay with my landlord. He arrived within the timeframe he said he would, explained, and showed me what was wrong. I highly recommend them!

He came out on the same day I called about a broken refrigerator. He was running a little late, so he called to say he would be later than anticipated. He fixed our refrigerator with no fuss. He was polite, mannerly and clean. He advised us on how to deal with the problem in the future, and his prices were very reasonable. Great job, I highly recommend them.

This company has fixed two different appliances for us promptly and was willing to work with us on accessing the home when we were away to make the repairs. He is smart, able to diagnose issues quickly and make repairs for a reasonable cost. Always has been willing to work us into his schedule on short notice which we also appreciate. He has saved our washer and our freezer. Very grateful for all the help!!!
