They were able to come on the same day I called, communicated well and fixed our furnace! Thankful to have a warm home again!

They came out for a quote to replace my water heater but they found the leak as was able to fix it, I would have never known, so bleased by the professionalism and work ethic.

Alex was on time, professional and efficient. He was able to diagnose an issue with our system and helped me to understand the problem. I’d highly recommend Washougal Heating & Cooling.

The service was excellent. Sam showed and explained what he needed to do. I had a new filter and he put it in for me which I appreciated because it was on the ceiling. I will use Washougal Heating and

Great same day service for an air conditioning system repair. Tech was efficient, explained everything, and had our system back up and running within the hour! Highly recommend!!

Sam was my technician and he did an excellent job. We had 2 nest thermostats to install and he knew exactly what he was doing. Very nice and professional.

Called them last Friday at 3:00 and needed immediate help. Our A/C went out just before our back to back open houses the next 2 days! They put me on hold, called their tech who added one more stop to the end of his day. Vitaly was the tech who gave me a few options and was able to implement the fix on the spot. Our heating system went out overnight. I called when I woke up and they squeezed me in that same day. The cost for my simple repair was $120 including the service call. I thought that was very reasonable.

My serviceman was prompt and repaired my AC within a reasonable amount of time. He was honest and explained what needed to be done with my unit. I don’t feel like I was overcharged or uninformed. I would definitely recommend this company!

So glad to have two ductless units installed around July 21st. It saved us from the super hot days of summer with the AC. Also love how warm & cozy it feels now that we have it set for heating. Thanks to Yelena at their office, we also got our $1000 rebate in the mail from Clark Public Utilities.

They showed up on time every day and inspected the units in under 30 minutes. They didn't use any scare tactics to push me into a decision. I received a quote that ended up being close to other companies, but this job was done in half the time others quoted, and they didn't have any questions after the initial inspection. It was a very painless experience, I'll be recommending them to others.

We live in the Gorge, where it can be difficult to get service due to the travel time. Alex showed up on time and proceeded to diagnose and repair a heat pump problem that had stumped another technician, using a motor and other parts that he had with him. My compressor was out of order after 3 years and covered by the warranty. Washougal Heating and Cooling was able to find the new compressor in 2 days and repaired it so professionally with reasonable price. This is the best HVAC company.

David and the folks at Washougal Heating and Cooling did a fantastic job on the installation of our new ducted hvac system. My wife told me last winter that she did not know if she could handle another winter in the house without central heat - and now we don't have to! The guys who did the work were professional and listened to what we wanted. I had bids from four competitors and no one else was willing to install a fully ducted system in our 1930 craftsman.
