Our shower head broke inside the wall. Simpson plumbing was here in less than 2 hours, had it fixed in less than an hour. Drew was great!! He explained everything to me, answered all my questions and provided me with additional options and resources. I’ve used Simpson plumbing before and we'll be using them for any future plumbing needs we have.

I had work party of 6 show up to repipe my manufactured house and they were the most professional and thoughtful people. Ashton pointed out additional things that should to be done during the walk thru inspection before the work started . The work party all worked as a team to complete the job.

Did superior work, very knowledgeable and was always happy to throw in a few “kidding moments”, gave me an exit walk through and even went far and beyond with suggestions while the work was so disruptive.

September 2025 update: I work in an industry where I work with an incredibly high number of vendors, and I'm not embellishing when I say that Simpson Plumbing offers some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. We had a great experience with them before, and received a notice that our annual inspection was coming up. Scheduling was phenomenal; you're able to text, and they're INCREDIBLY helpful via text message in not only scheduling things easily but also answering "stupid questions" that I had.

My technician Alex Power was one of the nicest guys I've ever met. He's incredibly smart and friendly. We had some great conversation and laughed a bunch. He made me feel at ease and his confidence in his abilities is refreshing. I told him how well the company is doing, and he agreed. We both know how important it is to work for a well-respected company that has their operations in order. He represented them phenomenally well and had such nice things to say about his coworkers and the company.

This kind of service prompted us to continue working with them in the future. I would pay extra just to retain them. Keep up the stellar work!!!

December 2024: Drew and Ashton were incredibly kind and helpful. Great to see some friendly and enthusiastic faces on a Monday morning. They quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with a quote. I elected to do the yearly membership because it’s a very good deal. The work was completed quickly and they kept me posted on what was happening.

These guys were very professional and knowledgeable. Happy to be working with them in the future. Thank you so much for the perfect work done on our tub! Fast, professional, and kind people who get the job done.

When I called Simpson Plumbing, Denise answered and was extremely professional and pleasant. She was able to provide me a schedule for the following morning which was adhered to along with notification from Kenny (The Plumber) when he was in route to the job site. Kenny was extremely professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and explained what needed to be done, went to work and completed the task with a smile on his face. Everyone at Simpson was very helpful and kind when our water heater went out and needed a replacement… and Drew even shared how to get buy while we waited…they are not the cheapest and were actually double what a neighbor paid for the same service and brand of water heater but considering their responsiveness and the emergency it seems worth it.

Drew was outstanding. Did great Work has a great sense of humor and really knew what he was talking about. He seems to be the only plumber that everybody In our association is using. Once you find somebody good, you stick with it.!

And a week ago before leaving on vacation, I went to shut my main water valve off in my closet, and the handle broke, called Simpson plumbing during my vacation to set up a fix when I got home and since some plumbing sent Kenny Heflin To my house to fix a problem very professional nice quick easy fix I would use them again

Our water heater started leaking, and Alex had it replaced and running early the next day. He also took the time to show us where the water shut off was, how the controls on the water heater worked, and too light the pilot. He was polite and professional.

Andrew came and fixed the leakage of my bathroom . He was very skilled and professional when it comes to get the job done . Definitely I will recommend him in future too
