We had a sqealing sound coming from our shower. It only occurred when the shower was on. It was very annoying when all you wanted a nice quiet relaxing shower. We called around and finally spoke to Heidi. She seemed tothink it was the cartridge of the Moen handle and she scheduled Kevin to repair it. After Kevin repaired the handle, it STILL squealed! He then determined it was the spout. So he changed out the spout. Can you believe a spout would cause that kind of noise? Kevin did a great job. We are so pleased!

Lastly and most importantly, I wanted to commend Heidi. She is an asset to the company. She is caring and tries to understand the problem. She also remembers to call back when she says she will. She is great!

Good friendly people that know what they’re doing I had a clogged line that was buried under concrete. He had to work hard to get that snake through it, and I think he was able to because of his experience and knowledge if he hadn’t been able to do it I would’ve been screwed. I was very pleased with the entire experience would highly recommend them if I ever need any more plumbing done. I’ll be calling West one.

Weston and Skyler came as soon as we called! We were without water, the understood the severity and arrived when they said. West One is the BEST I have hired in the Colville area. After making numerous calls to my local plumber for two weeks and them not returning my call- I called West One. Not only did a human answer the phone- the technician, Kevin, was out that afternoon and the issue was resolved before dinner. Kevin was very polite, professional and very knowledgeable. Kevin definitely deserves a hefty bonus. Thank you West One and Thank you Kevin!!

Had a backed up septic line and West One got me scheduled for the next day. When Skyler and Kevin showed up they promptly got an assessment of the situation, and in less than an hour were able to fix the problem. These guys were quick, efficient, and informative as to some issues that may need to be addressed in the future. I'll definitely be calling West One again when I need a plumber.
