Like a lot of people we talked to, our only regret is that we didn't do this sooner. The heat pump is quiet, efficient, saves us money, and keeps our house warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer. They installed two different split systems for us, one on each end of our house which replaced our existing in-wall Cadet heaters. The ductless heat pump systems significantly reduced our electric bill. Robert and Sean were on time, courteous and finished the job quickly. We highly recommend them.

Amazing experience with Energywise. We were in a time-crunch because our system failed. They came out for a quote same-day, helped find financing, and scheduled the system for installation promptly. Whole install for a 3 headed ductless system only took two days of work. They worked tirelessly during a heatwave to get it up and running for us and were extremely conscientious about making sure we knew exactly what was happening and they helped us avoid ornamental plants and patched up the walls beautifully. Will absolutely be using them again in the future

Robert and his team installed a Daiken ductless heat pump for us. I solicited bids from every company ( a dozen or so bids, I think) that will do this work on Whidbey and found Energywise (EW) to be at the median of pricing. I picked EW to do the work because without prompting from me, Robert talked a lot about how to do an aesthetically pleasing installation. His remarks clearly indicated he's not just a heat pump guy, but also has a broader grasp of construction and the implications of various installation approaches.
The installation was done professionally, on time, with minimal fuss and exactly according to parameters I laid out to minimize the visual impact of the system.
I have tracked our year-over-year electricity consumption versus the Cadet wall heaters we used previously. It dropped 40% with an even better reduction in the noise of the system vs the Cadets.
Best of all, the comfort of our 2,500 square home is wonderful, quiet, remarkable even heat. Bonus: when the summer air was smokey from forest fires in the summer, we turned on the system's AC, closed the windows, scrubbed the air with air cleaners and avoided the burning eyes adn choking effects of the smoke.

Energywise did an excellent job by estimating the size of a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump and executing the installation in my home. Work areas were well prepared and clean after the job. Routing of the system's piping/wiring and the location of the inside and outside units are well thought out. Thank you Sean and Robert.
