I needed to have my furnace serviced for the upcoming winter, The young man, Danny, they sent to figure why the furnace was hesitating to fire up was very bright, very fast and very professional. He explained the operation in a way that I could understand. He had to go back to the shop to get the new controller I was extremely pleased with the work.

College Place Heating-Cooling came highly recommended. My furnace is old (age unknown) I am not impressed with new (costly) equipment. My furnace went out over the Christmas holiday-- two weeks after I had it serviced! For a second opinion I called CPHC, they came right over (no extra fee) ordered my costly part and installed it ASAP (no long wait). The thing is, Shane, Danny and Lance were in full communication about my furnace, didn't encourage me to replace it, and clearly enjoyed working on older models and if it broke they would fix it. I have 100% trust and confidence in their work and fair pricing. Bravo!

We had an excellent experience with CP Heating & Air. When our 25-year-old AC unit finally stopped working, we decided to replace our old furnace as well. After receiving four quotes from reputable companies in town, we chose CP Heating & Air. Kraig did a thorough job evaluating our home and provided recommendations based on both objective and subjective findings. Although their quote wasn't the cheapest, it was clear they offered high-quality equipment and service. They also assisted us with a factory rebate and a potential tax write-off for choosing a certified heat pump.

Kraig and his team were very professional, answering all our questions patiently. They installed a surge protector and relocated the unit without any issues. The installation process was quick and seamless, and our new unit has been working beautifully ever since. Since then, our house is now much more comfortable.

Once again, College Place Heating restored heat to my old furnace during the first cold days this year. In just a few hours after calling them, Hector arrived to diagnose the problems. He is a great technician, knowledgeable and brought heat back to my small mobile home in a very short time. Thank you to all your staff and help!

College Place Heating & A/C is very reliable and dependable. They have been taking care of our Heating & A/C for 20 plus years. They are friendly, professional and know what to do. I would highly recommend them. Hector has been the guy that has taken care of our service the last few times. He is very professional, friendly and thorough. From helping with selecting options for upgrading the old equipment and replacing an A/C unit with a heat pump, giving us two sources, to heat our home, and more efficiency, than just using a gas furnace, Dennis was great. Prices couldn’t be beat, and the installers did a good job, and always stuck to their schedules. We are now on a maintenance contract with them, and their Serviceman is very professional and keeps his appointments as well, and shows great respect in our home, while he is here, doing his work. We are very impressed with College Place Heating & Air Condition. Also, if you have any problem, and you don’t have heat or air conditioning and it’s that time of year, if your a customer, they do all they can, to get you right back in service, as soon as possible.

I experienced some issues with my heating and cooling system recently and called College Place Heating & Cooling to take a look at it . They were quick to get to my problem.They told me what time to expect them and showed up as stated. Their technician found out my issue in a prompt manor. He was a very courteous young man and when he left I was reassured that I had made the right choice for Heating & Cooling.

Danny was especially polite and helpful, trying to remove the cover to the filter so I could wash it. That was a bigger job than expected, so he vacuumed the cover for me on both sides before replacing the filter. Downstairs he performed the scheduled maintenance, and replaced the batteries just to be sure they didn’t give out unexpectedly. As an added favor, he installed a louver on a vent in the floor that had come off and even carried a fan upstairs for me very willingly. (I walk with a crutch, so carrying things up and downstairs is a chore for me.) He went above and beyond. I am so grateful!
Also, last winter in the coldest period, my furnace quit working. They sent a technician right away and replaced the necessary part promptly. I highly recommend this business.

We needed maintenance on our heater and air conditioning unit. We contacted College Place Heating & Air Conditioning. Chris showed up earlier than expected which was great. He worked on both units. He was friendly and professional and did a great job. Thank you, Chris!

They have always provided fast, quality service. Yesterday they went way above and beyond. Hector, CP Heating tech, was at a neighbor's house when he saw me take a serious fall in my driveway. He came over immediately asking if I was alright. I am so thankful for his help and the great confidence I have in the company.

From the friendly office staff to the professional technicians, our experience was excellent. We called for an annual checkup on our A/C unit and they made the scheduling fit our busy schedules and Shane was on time and efficient! I had a great experience with CP Heating and Air. From my first meeting and estimate with Lance, to the technician Gary who came to my house and did all the trouble shooting and work. My appointment was scheduled quickly and all work was done in the amount of time that was estimated. Gary was quick, knowledgeable and efficient as well as pleasant to work with. The estimate was accurate and fair. Overall I would rate the whole experience 5 stars. I will definitely call CP Heating and Air for future service and recommend them highly.

Great experience with CP Heating and Air. We had two different techs come out and both were super knowledgeable, tackled the problem from all angles and didn’t give up on fixing it. They were also incredibly kind to my kids and so friendly to my very curious dog and cat. I would highly recommend them!

The recent visit of Eric from College Place Heating & Air Conditioning to service my heating and cooling equipment went very well. I appreciated him telling me that the filter, on my furnace, did not need replacing as that saved me some money.
All employees of the company have always been very nice and professional during the service calls.

Our heat wasn’t working, and we called College Place Heating & Air, and they were able to come out the same day. We found a solution to get the heat working, but unfortunately, a bit after the heat was working again, it gave out once more. When the heat stopped working, I contacted them, and the owner came out right away and worked on it, and was able to switch out our thermostat. I’m really grateful they were responsive, and when our first solution didn’t quite fix it, they fixed it right away. I was afraid we would have to spend another night in freezing temperatures without heat, but thankfully, College Place Heating and Air provided great customer service. I appreciate the follow through for their customers.

Isaac and Dominic, with some help from Nick on the first day, did an excellent job installing a complete new HVAC system. Not only did they do a great job, they respected my property. My new old house is pretty run down right now, but these guys treated it like it was a mansion.
Everyone I dealt with at College Place Heating and Air was professional, capable and respectful. I would highly recommend this business.
