I called and spoke with Jodi to help with a furnace issue. Our furnace would not come on and I don't know enough about furnaces and needed help. Caleb just came out today and discovered it was just a tripped fuse in the panel, whew, I was hoping is wasn't a major fix. Jodi and Caleb both were very friendly and easy to talk to and helped so much. I explained my husband and I are on fixed incomes and they were willing to work with us on paying. Come to find out that it was a simple switching the fuse back on, Caleb said no charge...yeah!! I will definately be using them for anything I need help with!! I think I'm going to go talk to Jodi about an issue i have with my shower next, but I don't think that's an easy fix lol😊

Within a week Mark stopped by to repair our Kenmore Heat Pump. Within minutes he discovered a faulty thermostat and provided me with a better-best quote. After pulling a second cable and tying things together, our AC was up and running again. Thanks to Mark I can open my Honeywell app and control my system remotely! Very impressive! This guy knows his stuff...

My furnace went out last night and gave them a call today, Spoke with Terry and stated he might have his tech available later that afternoon and would contact me back and let me know either way. I recieved a call from mark and he stated he could get to me today the same day. He found out what the issue was and had me back up and running within an hour. Mark was professional and the rates were very reasonable.. I highly recommend them for future needs. THANKS! Tim

Mark was polite, professional, prompt and diagnosed the problem with our heat pump immediately. It was repaired right then, and safety concerns addressed as well. I've already recommended them to s friend, and am planning to get on their regular service schedule. Very pleased customer.

Kyle was excellent, called first let me know he was on his way. Showed up at my home, worked on problems and fixed and replaced defective equipment. Brought equipment up to code. Worked fast in a difficult to reach area and then tried out equipment and tested it to make sure working correctly!!

This whole place is great. The men that helped us with our heater problems were professional and courteous. When we couldn't even get a response from our former company, these guys were right here. I would recommend their service to anyone, without reservation.

Great experience! I have had another company out for the last 3 years because they installed the new ac.It has always taken 3 trips out to fix an issue. Northside came out and found the issue, fixed my issue and explain how to solve my problem.

Before contacting Northside, I had another HVAC company look at my malfunctioning furnace. Not only were they not thorough in their inspection, they told me I needed a new furnace and tried to up sell me on other items. Not feeling comfortable with the first diagnosis, I contacted Northside for a second opinion. The Northside technician Kaleb was very thorough in his inspection and tested all of the furnace circuits and sensors. He was correct in his diagnosis and post repair my furnace is working perfect again. So instead of paying 5-6K for a new furnace I did not need, I only needed to pay $500 for a simple repair. Northside is an honest company with a lot of integrity and they've won my business for life.

Did a great job. I had requested a quote when they got there advised against doing job requested quote for but saw another issue and went out of their way to repair it for me. Right then. So wonderful service.

Best service and knowledge out of ALL the HVAC companies in Colville. I had my furnace go down, had the other 2 companies come out to fix. The first company came out misdiagnosed the problem and left me waiting for 2 days before they even sent me an estimate which was way over priced. So I had 2nd company come out, spent 15 minutes working on it, got it going for 5 minutes and left. As soon as he left the system shut down and had the same issue. I then called Northside, they came right out. The technician explained exactly what was wrong and what they needed to do. He was very thorough. He stay for a while and ran it through all its cycles and made sure it would not fail again. Great service and great rates! Don't waste your time and money on the others, get it done right the first time with Northside heating and cooling. Thank you Mark and your whole team!

Awesome experience! They were able to get me in today for A.C repair and furnace service. Mark was incredible. He showed up on time got right to work. He kept me updated throughout the entire time he was working as well as updating estimate cost for work. He was very polite and a hard worker. Strongly recommend to anyone. Great experience!

After calling 6 local places, three took a look, but expressed the job was going to be very complicated and the cost could be very expensive. Despite two of them stating they would schedule, neither ended up responding to my follow-up contacts. Reached out to Northside and when Heath showed up, he determined it would not be as complicated as the others expressed. He was true to his word, showing up and getting it done in about two hours and for a reasonable amount. Due to a lack of confidence in the others after this experience, I will continue to utilize Northside.

I've used you twice now, once for a minisplit refrigerant recharge and the second was for an inspection and cleaning before selling my home. The receptionist who got me scheduled was able to fit me in right away and both of the techs I've had have been amazing. I was quoted up front what repairs would cost and could tell the techs were amazing to work with. Would highly recommend you to anyone who needs their hvac systems serviced.

We recently bought a sweet little house in Kettle Falls that needed some updates. It was great to have one company that could do it all- heating, a/c, plumbing and electrical.
