Great guy fair prices and quality work

Catos construction helped me update a 1960's home by adding a large master bedroom (20x16ft) with two gorgeous doors, built in shelving and closet. They also converted our old attached garage into my new 24x30 ft livingroom with 2 bay windows complimented with seating. I was very impressed with the owners prefessional work ethics, the fact that they completed the work beautifully, and his price beat the competitions. I plan on using only this company in the future.

Cato construction removed trees from our property and excavated the area for our new home and shop. David and his crew also excavated and installed a 300' driveway. Our 24'x24' shop has been well filled since the build three years ago. We would contact Cato construction again if needed.

David and his crew did a phenomenal job building our pole building. It's almost been a year now since completion and everything is as good as new and no issues. I would highly recommend him and his crew for your future construction needs.

David Cato and his crew are my hero's! My original contractor screwed up my concrete pad, took a bunch of my money, and then backed out of the project. David stepped in and he and his crew finished the project correctly, quickly, and professionally, and it is awesome!!! I can't recommend them enough!

I highly recommend Cato’s construction. We recently had a barn and shop built by Cato’s. The entire process was great and the finished product exactly what we were looking for. Both jobs were completed on time and within budget. We made multiple adjustments and changes throughout the planning and building process and David was very accommodating, working to make sure we were happy with the final product. My 40x60 stick built shop with living quarters has meet my expectations and has added value.
