New to the WA state.. read a lot of reviews and picked greenwood for furnace replacement and heat pump installation. They are very professional on time. Matt and Dakota came along with few others for a big 3 day job as I had to add few more registers as well.. I picked Daikin and I am happy with my choice so far. I highly recommend this company to everyone :)

Our company has used Greenwood as our exclusive HVAC contractor for over 10 years. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism, and the courtesy the techs have always shown to us, as well as our clients. Our current project will be the first time we have used them as our electrical contractor. The techs Kyle and Zack were amazing! The energy they brought to our site was positive and the quality of their work imecable. It was not an easy tie in from the existing residence to the addition but they were able to think outside the box and the transition is seamless. We really appreciated the PM assigned to our project. Aaron is a top notch professional and helped guide us through some of the more intricate situations we found once we started tearing in to walls.

I was very pleased with the work done today by John Hernandez. John was very thorough in his investigation and maintenance of my system, explaining in detail areas I needed to be aware of. I was particularly happy to have his service on a Sunday, so my concerns could be taken care of quickly. I will certainly use Greenwood Heating again.

Our 20+ year old equipment in our home was on its last legs, and we wanted to proactively get this addressed ahead of the winter season. From annual maintenance to sales guidance to install, we’ve had an all around great experience. We also used them at our last home for central AC install and annual maintenance, and always had a great experience.

Cameron came to our home and did the full annual maintenance inspections on HVAC and fireplaces and identified issues we needed to address. 5 stars for his work.

Our sales advisor Sam was communicative, easy to work with and transparent with us as we explored the different options for our full HVAC unit replacement. 5 stars for him.

We’ve had a variety of technicians working on our home in the past week and would love to give a 5-star review especially to the duo of Jordan and Dylan for effectively installing our new HVAC systems, thoroughly testing the systems and explaining everything we needed to know.

Also giving 5-stars to Chris and his colleague (forgot his name) who were out to diagnose an electrical issue and who quickly installed our whole home fan.

We’ll be using Greenwood’s plumbing services shortly for diagnosing an issue and installing a new hot water heater… so great that they now offer all the different home needs so we can finally check all our home maintenance things off the list.

Greenwood Heating has maintained our system well for years. Two weeks ago our basement flooded and killed our furnace. Not only did they install a new one but they made the placement up to code. We decided to replace our aging water heater and upgrade our electrical panel. The Greenwood team did it all, explaining all our options and costs. Electrician Jared in particular made suggestions that prepare the house for a generator or plug-in vehicle.

We have been using Greenwood Heating & Air for about 3 years now for annual maintenance - always good service and easy to work with the office for scheduling. This year, for first time ever, our heat pump stopped turning on for cooling or heating, although air was still circulating. Luis came to check on it and diagnosed the problem quickly. Luis made the full repair and checked out our system thoroughly. Luis was excellent to work with, very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. We're happy to be using Greenwood to keep our heat pump working great.

Greenwood heating was very efficient in getting us a electrical technician out to our home. Tyler was very efficient and checked everything throughly, found the electrical issue we were having in the mstr. bathroom with the timer switch for exhaust fan, which turned out to be a bad switch n replaced with a regular switch fixed. Also found a 2 loose ground wires in our circuit breaker box n fixed both wires. Also took the switch from the bathroom n placed it where there was a sensor switch for entryway was n switched them out. He was very knowledgeable, polite n easy to talk to. We definitely will be using Greenwood for electrical work. Also let us know about a surge protector for the circuit breaker box which we didn't know can be down. Costly, but something to consider with everything you purchase electronics is so expensive. Thank you Greenwood for your service, Thank you Tyler for your service.

We've used Greenwood Heating & Air for two projects at our house over the course of the last two years. Both projects have gone to plan and we've been very pleased with the results. We've had the same salesman both times and found him very easy to work with. He was informative and in no way pushy throughout our interaction. Both teams that came for the installs were professional and thorough throughout the process as well.

Following a routine service on Friday the technician found a water leak on our 6.5 year old gas water heater. On Monday the water heater was replaced without any issues. The technicians made several improvements including sealing cracks, adding additional insulation, insulating all the exposed water pipes and adding a drain pan under the water heater. The water heater is accessed through an external door of our manufactured home. I was kept completely informed of the progress and the site was cleaned up, all waste removed and the site left clean and tidy. A professional job completed to very high standards. We were advised that we might like to decrease the water pressure by about 10 psi from its current 80 psi. I have found Greenwood a company that is reliable and whom I trust to carry out all work to very high standards.

Michelle is a great technician. She let us know her arrival time in advance and she was prompt. Great demeanor, customer service skills and conducted a thorough heat pump system inspection with photos. Michelle also gave us a thermostat refresher tutorial. She also recommended a surge protection system, which we’re installing on our own, but it was good advice!

We just had Greenwood install a heat pump in our home. They were fantastic. The initial interaction with Kyler went very well; he was very knowledgeable and informative and went over multiple options and solutions for us. The day of the install was exactly the same and just what we were told to expect. Jared and Rob did the install work. They were very neat and the finished product is great. I was impressed with how organized and tidy their service truck and workspaces were. The install went very smooth and they were very respectful of our home - we have 1 person working from home and a 5 year old also “working” from home and neither were impacted by the install. They also effectively kept the system intact enough throughout the process that our home never got chilly. Great company, great service, great employees. Thank you so much Greenwood.

Jordan did a terrific job as a technician doing annual service to the furnace and water heater. He kept me informed and worked efficiently. I’ve been using Greenwood for several years and have never been disappointed.

Greenwood Heating has been taking care of our system from the beginning when we moved from oil to gas. Working out each issue, they resolved and got us through the first 2-3 winters. Now, they are maintaining our system and tankless water heater regularly. We have had no issues since maintaining. Have recommended them to several friends and would recommend again and again. Very much appreciate their professionalism and service integrity.

We are so very pleased with the service we received from the Greenwwod team. Our installment of our new furnace was fast and the install team was top notch! We even got it installed a day early, before the snow hit! Kyle and Brandon from the Everett shop did an excellent job! They were professional, courteous and genuine.
We highly recommend Greenwood to anyone needing HVAC work performed.

He is very thorough and shows us pictures of the various parts and rates the condition of each one.

We've been working with Greenwood Heating for years, to our satisfaction. We do our annual heating maintenance with them. This week Eric and Samuel from the Lynnwood location installed a new attic furnace in our home. They did an excellent job protecting our floors and paint while working. They also diagnosed missing items in our previous install and immediately ordered what was needed for a safe and complete installation. The job was completed without a problem as scheduled. We're very happy with their service.

We had an excellent experience with Greenwood. The old furnace started to have an intermittent problem which became serious after a couple of months. The tech was finally able to see the problem and presented us with several options. There was never a "hard sell" - he left the decision entirely with us. We decided to go with a new furnace which was installed the day after the tech came. The top priority for the techs and the company is to get the job done right and leave the customer happy. We just had another excellent experience with Greenwood. Less than 2 weeks after the furnace was replaced, our hot water heater gave out. I called the emergency number last Sunday and was able to get a new one installed less that two days after that. The same techs (Sam K. and Brayden E.) did the work absolutely professionally. Thanks to everyone I interacted with.

We recently upgraded our furnace with Greenwood. We got quotes from 3 different places but Greenwood had the best offerings of products. Pricing was pretty similar between all the quotes so we know we got a very fair price. They came out and installed everything in 2 days and we couldn't be happier with it all.
