It was a pleasure to work with ECO-Air-NW. After various unsatisfactory experiences with other companies, I was referred to ECO-Air by a coworker and I am eternally grateful. They did very efficient work in a timely manner. The manager (Stephen) was a man of his word, and very detailed and personally made sure everything was up to par. Extremely happy with their work and will be using them for any future projects and will be referring them to anyone who needs their professional service! Thanks!

Steve and his partner where the best they where on time.steve was on his way home when I called him.he said he would turn around and come see me
He did it was about fifteen miles back to me.he came in showed me what he had we came to a agreement.he came back installed the new heat pump and furnace it works great they cleaned up and keeped things picked up.very professional I would hire them again

I had to install a Ductless MiniSplit system in my new ADU. These guys came right out and got it done. I was going to do it myself, as it was supposed to be a DIY system. NOT. My installer got the whole system installed in one day. It had a few challenges with placement, but he figured it out, and did it in a way that was not an eyesore on the outside. Big challenge. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Steven and Kyle are the best. They listened to our and our neighbor’s concerns. They were friendly and worked quickly despite unanticipated delays. I highly recommend everyone to use their services.

Steve and Gene were fantastic. They were just great people who were very thorough in their assessment of what we needed (and didn't need) to fix our A/C system and were always helpful in answering any questions we had. They were timely, courteous and efficient throughout the entire process, and we would gladly use them again in the future and recommend them to all of our friends.

I strongly recommend Eco-Air and Steve, the director of the company. He was communicative, a good listener, friendly, prompt. The installation (two zones for a new 1,000-square foot house) went in in an orderly fashion and passed inspection without a hitch.

Steven and Evan provided excellent service! They are knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They answered all of our questions, removed the old furnace, and got the new furnace installed quickly. Works like a charm!

Highly recommend Steven and Gene. From first contact to closing they were punctual and highly communicative, which sadly is hard to find. They showed up on time for the estimate and when they said they were going to be here for the work. Very competitive pricing as well.

My house wasn't the most easiest to set things up in, but they did a great job working through the obstacles and talking through options.

Most other local HVAC companies have a lot of overhead with office staff, advertising, etc. I'd rather support a local business with a smaller operation who seemingly care about punctuality and workmanship and not just volume of work.

Will use again when needed.

That was a pleasant experience. Eco Air NW installed three indoor units and an outdoor compressor ductless heat pump to heat and cool our home. On time. On budget. Friendly.

Eco Air NW came through faster than anyone else we called. They preformed the job quickly and cleaned up behind themselves. The price was very good compared to other suppliers also. Very professional. Will use them for all the maintenance needed on our heating system.

Steve and his crew came out to install a new heat pump and air conditioner for our home same week we spoke with him..

they all were very polite and patient. Showed up promptly. The work was outstanding and they cleaned everything up when they were done. They even program with the thermostat for us and showed us how to use it . They explain things in detail to me and my husband to help us understand how it works. We are in our 80s and for him to take the time and patience to explain things so we can understand was wonderful.

Gene did a great job helping me think through all the variations available to me for heating my house. I tend to ask a _lot_ of detailed questions and take a lot of time to decide before I act. Gene was patient, responsive, and non-pushy during all of this.

Once everything was decided, Steven came with his crew. They efficiently and beautifully installed a system that passed inspection and has made my house much more comfortable for the last two months.

Steven, Gene and their crew did an absolutely flawless job. I was educated and informed by them prior to selecting my system, I never felt pressured in any aspect when deciding which route to take. They showed up in clean work vehicles and were clean cut and polite. Their equipment and tools were organized and maintained (this type of stuff is important to me).

One of the main aspects that I appreciated is the level of communication I received - they were responsive, honest and kept their word throughout the project.

Their pricing was very competitive and the level of service I received was ABSOLUTELY TOP NOTCH. There were multiple instance where I could have received a change order depending on how the parties viewed the issue at hand - however they never tried to charge me more than what we agreed on originally.

I received a follow up call from Gene 6 months after the install asking how the system was performing - who does that? Many contractors do not want to ask that question because they are afraid of what your answer would be! Save yourself lots of needless legwork and deal with these guys.

Eco air Nw were able to come out and install a new furnace the very next day after my call, very fast and professional service. Steve and his coworker are nice guys, knowledgeable and reliable. I highly recommend their services!

The guys were amazing. Friendly, respectful and funny. Steven knew what he was doing and was happy to answer all our questions. The amount of gunk they cleaned from the units was truly amazing. I really don't know how it ran at all.
Steven offered to come annually which is something i will definitely be signing up for. He showed me how to use the remotes and information about the inside and outside units that we never knew. Now we know what to watch for and what not to worry about. We can't thank them enough. We highly recommend, call them, you will not be dissapointed.
