Update: We have now used this team 4 times and each time they have been fantastic. Just came back to say it isn't a one off... they do great quality work!

I had a great experience with this team. They were very professional, came out multiple times when needed, and were very honest and forthright the entire time. I would highly recommend this team to anyone needing any plumbing service.

I haven't had positive experiences in the past when it comes to home repair companies. Luckily, Steady Flow Sewer & Drain is not one of them. I had a plumbing repair due to a leak months ago, however the leak continued. This company stood by their work and made things right. They took care of the problem in no time! If you are looking for an honest plumbing company, you should give Steady Flow Sewer & Drain a call!

The service was great, I called them and was able to get help the same day. They came out and resolved the issue quickly. Before they even started work, they let me know what worse case scenario could potentially be, and lucky for me it was a pretty easy fix. Highly recommend this company and I will be referring them to my clients as well!

After my phone call to the office manager I decided to go with this company for my very grease clogged sink. Everything was explained clearly and I knew what to expect price wise. Jordan, a pleasant man arrived at my home earlier than originally scheduled because he knew I was expecting guests and was very concerned. He told me what he recommended; to try a cable to break up the blockage, and gave me that option price, and added if that did not work they could do a mini hydro jetting (as they do not do full hydro jetting inside homes) would cancel out the cost of the snake. What I liked was that he warned me of the possible water backing up into the kitchen. As the night before I had a terrible mess with grease on the kitchen floor from a snaking and pressure washing, I was hoping the snake would work. It did. Jordan was very professional and the price was very reasonable. I would go straight to this company if this were to happen again.

What a blessing Dan was to me!! went to sell my house, and an inspection found 14 cracked pipes. He went right to work, even going to Suburb sewer and getting permits, going to the review meeting (which they denied my permit) he had the inspector come down to actually see his work, then it got approved. His communication with the buyer, myself and 2 RE brokers was clear, and constant (pictures and all) communication was so helpful to make everyone calm about the huge job he was performing. He is a HERO in my eyes!

Good, honest plumbing company. Showed up on time, gave a quick estimate (cheaper than other quotes I’d gotten) before starting the work, and finished the work quickly. Jordan, the technician, was nice, courteous and even helped fix an easy leak that wasn’t part of the main job free of charge. Would use their services again in a heartbeat!

What a great company! I was able to get a technician out promptly, the repair done quickly, with personable people who listened to my problem. Plus, the price was reasonable. Not much else you can ask for!

Tidings all

We’d a typical bathroom drain stoppage, as many have experienced from time to time.
The trap ( with some elbow grease) was removed, but the clog was further down the line.
When starting to snake, the next pipe piece, rusted from years, disintegrated in my hand.
The nut holding that pipe at the wall was so firmly in place I was unable to muscle it loose to remove and replace its’ remnants with new piping.
( using the auger at that time was not an accessible possibility.)

Two years ago I’d contacted Steady Flow to “jet and scope” our kitchen drain and was very pleased with both their wonderful service and their service rate.

I telephoned Steady Flow to set up an appointment for a couple of days hence with a service window of noon to two.

On the service date they telephoned to advise they were running ahead of schedule for the day and, from my reply, arrived at our house about an hour earlier than originally appointed.

We were helped by Kyle and Tyler.
Both gentlemen were friendly, courteous and very respectful of our property.

In thirty minutes they were able to repair what it took me sixty minutes to mess up in the first place.

Their service rates are honest and fair, providing excellent work at a very reasonable cost.
In fact, at the end of their visit, as they told me the invoice charge, I actually set down my pen and replied that I felt they were UNDER-charging for their services.

If it were possible, I’d give them 10 stars

Dan and his team were extremely helpful, genuine and great wealth of knowledge. It is very rare to find a company owner with honest intentions to help someone without duping them into just making money. Would definitely use their help for any future needs and highly recommend their services

I used the Yelp quote request to find someone to clear a clogged main sewer line that was causing a backup. Steady Flow promptly responded to my request and was very transparent with their pricing. They sent a crew out the next day to come. The team first tried to cable it with no success and eventually had to hydrojet it. The clog was on a complicated, shared, side sewer line and the team was nice enough to not complain while I was out there with them tracking progress. I got to see their dedication and creativity in action and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs a similar service.

We had our water service line break, and had to have our water turned off because of the leak. I called Steady Flow and Drain after reading all their positive reviews. I am really thankful I called them. They were quick, and came out and gave me a reasonable quote. They came the next day to fix our water line. I found them to be friendly, kind, and he explained everything they did and they got the job done much quicker than I expected. Worked with the guys at Steady Flow Sewer and Drain today. Described my issue and Daniel was extremely prompt and knowledgable. Jordan and Jacob arrived and got right down to business. They were very clear and communicative and worked very well with me. I’ve lived in my home for 32 years and since its a 85 year old home I know the quirks and history of the many repairs I have made to the sewer line. The fellas worked incredibly well with me and solved the problem. Solid and capable. I highly recommend them!

Had great service with Steady flow. Was having issues with my kitchen sink being backed up and they actually had to come out twice in a 30 day period. First time they just snaked my drain and that seemed to fix it. However, a couple weeks later it cropped up again. During the second visit they did a full spraying of the drain and even put a camera down it. I am not fully confident that the issue is fixed. Because it was in the 30 day warranty period, they knocked off $150 of the service which I truly appreciated!

This is the second time I have used these guys, first time being they installed a clean out and did full pipe re-lining for my house as it was built in the 60s.

These guys are my go to guys for anything plumbing related.

I called around looking for a price quote on replacing our kitchen faucet because the pressure was so low.

Steady Flow Sewer and Drain came out immediately to give a price quote the technician Dan came out and let my partner that we can replace the fixture and we have trouble to give us a ring.

Which we managed to replace and I was very impressed with his honesty instead of charging us his hourly fee plus parts.

I requested the same technician to come out and give us a quote on replacing our shower fixture which very old house we needed help for this project.

Dan came out we agreed on the quote, Dan and Gustavo came out the following week providing good quality work. My shower replacement was amazing. Dan went above and beyond by even making sure the new shower head was secure and there were no leakages. Thank you for everything!
