Arrived on time and worked out their plan to complete the work and then went striaght to it. They were very good with keeping us informed and explain all the details of what they did and how to use everything properly. I would recommend them for your electrical needs.

Washington Electrical was great. They sent Rus who was on time, professional, and extremely nice. So much so that we asked that he come back again for another project.

I was experiencing a GFCI outlet issue in my bathroom when I called Russ at Washington Electrical. He tried troubleshooting it with me over the phone without high pressure to come out and make a buck. When I couldn’t fix the issue, he was able to come out quickly and take care of it. Price was very reasonable and I would recommend Washington Electrical to anybody that needed help with any electrical problems.

Very easy scheduling, great customer service, and quick turnaround around for a new circuit install.

Can’t say enough good things about Russ and team. They made amazingly quick work of the job, moving the 240 electrical across the room via the crawlspace. They were able to have it permitted and inspected same day! I highly recommend going through Washington Electrical, they were able to schedule me quickly, super communicative, and gave a variety of options for how to get the work done. Will be considering them for future jobs and referring to family and friends!

Had issues with GFI breakers popping. Called Wagington Electrical to check if it was a wiring issue or worn circuit breakers. Russ came out that evening, after a full day on a job site. He confirmed the wiring was ok. He actually had the correct breakers on him and swapped them out right then. Relieved there were no issues with the wiring, and happy he saved me the time of replacing the breakers myself. Great service! Recommend calling him for your electrical needs! Mike

Russ installed an outlet in our root cellar to power our tankless water heater and added a surge protector we agreed to after noticing we didn't have one (old house). Work was done well and adds safety to the questionable state it was before, Russ added a high level of professionalism that made the entire experience easy and worry free.

Russ was amazing. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. He diagnosed my problem, fixed my electrical panel, and I have had no problems ever since. Great value, and great turn. I would recommend him to anyone!

Russ was great. Easy to communicate and work with. Quickly responded to my request for a quote for a new outdoor outlet and came out the next day. He understood what I was looking for and provided different options for how to accomplish it. He completed the work in no time. Would work with Russ again on future projects.

I’ve had Russ come out 2X now, the first was for my EV charging station and he did a amazing job, even the inspector was blow away, 2nd time was when a branch took out my drip line to my house during the bomb cyclone, he replaced my weather mast and upgraded my equipment, again just past inspection with flying colors!
He even came out last minute in a Saturday.

We had a great experience with Russ. We hired him to add a few outlets to our garage and install an EV charger. He was quick to provide an estimate and timeline for the work. When he came over for the project, we did a walkthrough to make sure we were on the same page. He kept me updated during the day and did a final walkthrough before wrapping up. Overall, Russ was friendly, transparent, and had a reasonable price for what we needed. He will be top of mind for any of our future electrical projects.

I wanted to install a battery storage unit for backup power during an outage. Essentially an electric generator. So glad I connected with Washington Electrical. Russ was great. He listened to my needs and concerns, explained options simply and clearly and walked me through how to operate the system after he installed the transfer switch and connected the batteries. Now I feel ready when the power goes out.
