Centennial (with Bob’s Heating & Air Conditioning) did a great job on the annual inspection and maintenance service for our furnace, tankless water heater, and AC unit. Very thorough, and resolved a noise I had heard coming from the AC unit a few days prior (it sounds great now!).

Xander very knowledgeable and personable. I have been getting furnace replacement and repair, hot water tanks installed and air conditioning installed and maintained from Bob since I bought my home in 1986. There service has always been outstanding.

I called to have my furnace maintenance. Phone call with customer service was good they got the tech sent out same day. Left a report, did a good job in and out.

We have been using Bob’s Heating for several years. They are always consistent in service and knowledge. I am thankful that they share what they know so that we can have a safe and warm or cool home. Great service and value!

I want to thank Joseph the field manager and the 2 technicians for doing an excellent job. They did a maintenance service on both my AC and furnace. They were efficient and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly. Now I have a better understanding on how the heat pump works and what to expect. My system is running smoothly and is ready for summer.

We had annual service. Our service technician was prompt and courteous. He explained what he was doing and reviewed the results with us. He was respectful of our home and wore shoe covers when indoors. We've had great luck with Bob's for almost 25 years.

As always our experience with Bob's Heating and Air Conditioning was great. On time, friendly and knowledgeable technicians. This time our technician went above and beyond. After leaving he researched a situation and later contacted us with a solution for updating our thermostat time. Cheers to our technician!

Excellent service . Highly recommended. Just go with Bob’s heating. Initially checked with other HVAC companies they gave large estimates. Bob’s team is very knowledgeable and experienced technicians in entire King county. They did job splendidly. I would say blindly go with Bob’s heating not thinking to much and you will be in safe hands.

We had Alli to come service out AC, furnace, and water heater. She was very efficient, and she was able to service the water heater without having vinegar running through the pipes into my faucets. She was courteous and helped check my furnace wires when I stated my fan mode was not working. She also looked at my ducts and informed me that my ducts were not the source of the dust in my house.

I am glad that Bob's has hired such a impressive young technician. I hope more people like her enters the profession.

TL;DR Excellent Customer service and knowledgeable techs

Although they were booked for the day, Bob's scheduled me for an "After Hours" appointment and even called throughout the day to let me know approximately when to expect a technician to show up. Kyle showed up in the early evening and clearly knew what he was doing. He had my furnace back up and running inside of 20 minutes. He then stayed and showed me how to conduct proper maintenance on my furnace to avoid the problem in the future. Excellent service, polite and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Bob's!

8 year old Bryant furnace inducer motor failed. Riley (Technician) came out quickly confirmed my diagnose and inspected rest of the system. ordered replacement part, installed and once again home is comfortable and safe. Thank you Riley for excellent professional service and addressing my concern with heat exchangers. Again, prime reason why I am a very satisfied BoB's Heating and Air client. The young man was very polite and explained some issues that he toke care of. Bobs installed the furness in 2013 and maintained it ever since. Very happy with Bob's!

Bob's Heating & Air Conditioning is who I have used for decades. I also refer them to family and friends. For maintenance, upgrades, filter program and vent cleaning I only use Bob's HVAC!!

The original repair cost was quoted to me for $1000 labor where the parts were under warranty. They were able to pass the labor cost to the manufacturer.
