Ibex replaced some of the gutters on our 100+ year old house. They were great to work with from start to finish, good clear communication, no problems at all, and did a beautiful job. Definitely recommend, would work with them again.

We noticed a bubble in our ceiling after a hard rain. There was a problem with our roof. We called IBEX Roof Lacey. They came out and did a thorough investigation, and then let us know what the problem was. They put a tarp on our roof until they could get it fixed, which we were grateful for since rain was in tne forecast.
Today, Nate came out and repaired our roof. He was friendly, polite, and did a great job. IBEX Roof Lacey is very professional. I hope we don't have any more problems with our roof, but if we do, we know who we will call. Thank you, Nate snd IBEX Roof Lacey.

Wow, I am so glad that I found this company! The level of customer service and quality of work provided by Hanoa, Logan, and Davyn were outstanding!

Our concrete tile roof was in dire need of cleaning and maintenence, along with a flashing repair. Every employee that came out to work on our roof had excellent communication skills and a high degree of integrity. After the storm that western Washington just faced, we found that we no longer had a leaky wood stove pipe since they fixed our flashing issue!!!

The only thing I would have asked for(had I noticed while they were still here), would be to clean the tiles on the sides of the house... We still have moss/gunk on those tiles and unfortunately we can't reach those areas on our own.

But overall, I would recommend this company to anyone. We will be using this company again, when we are ready to convert to another tile type.

Ibex was easy to work with. Good communication, explained the products and the process. All the employees were very polite. The finished work looks good, and the warranty is impressive!

We had the IBEX team do the gutter work for our WA coast beach cottage, and they were fabulous with everything: the site visit/quote, the scheduling (they slipped us in as soon as they could), the great work, and the overall responsiveness (it began w/ the first call and continued throughout). Great job on a cold rainy day. New garden shed roof and wooden awning re-roofed. Trim board replaced. Two new metal vents replaced two damaged plastic ones. Full clean up. Worked extra to avoid driving on my grass is the wet weather. Great communication and service.

This was an exceptional experience from the person who came to our home to give us the quote, to the roofing crew, gutter crew, and the lead on the project- fast, efficient, clear and kind. Highly recommend!

The IBEX team was great to work with. Chris the sales guys explained everything and answered all our questions. The team was on time every day cleaned up after they were done. The project manager came back out after the job was completed to see if we had any additional questions. I would recommend IBEX team if you need any roof repairs or replacement.

Logan Nahinu did a wonderful job of cleaning our roof and applying Zinc to prevent moss damage. He is a remarkable young man and a credit to the IBEX organization. He is pleasant and an extremely hard worker.

We looked at several roofing companies and found LBEX roofing hit all the marks. From the salesman David to project leader Johnny we received a new roofing system and gutters at a fair price and one that was very manageable. The team stuck to the price and schedule even with a heat wave going on. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade or replace their roof or gutters. Ibex installed a new roof in mid September. I had been working with Jeff Belozer and we had come up with a couple changes that I wanted to make to increase air flow in the attic space.
Then I was made aware that I needed surgery for a condition so I spoke with Jeff about the timing of the installation which corresponded with my surgery. He assured me that he felt he understood what I wanted done and felt confident the project could proceed with no problems. I left my son-in-law to watch out for our interests and he worked closely with Jeff for a successful completion. Jeff was always prompt at following up on anything that needed attention.
On return from the hospital I looked at the roof and felt very happy that I had chosen Ibex. Everything looked great, all the mess was cleaned up and gone and nothing was damaged.

In September, I contacted Ibex Roof about replacing the gutters on our house. All of the people I talked to were very helpful. Jayden came to our house and spent 30-60 minutes looking at the gutters and the general state of our roof. He took a number of pictures and reviewed the estimated cost of new gutters and some additional roof repairs. Some of the repairs I had suggested and some Jayden suggested after his inspection. He was extremely thorough and professional and I never felt upselling pressure. After agreeing on the price and scope of the repairs, Jayden scheduled the gutter replacement for October 3 and the roof repairs for October 6. Jayden then followed up as the project manager and was always available for questions. On October 3, right on time, the gutter team arrived and started to work. The team, Erik and Val, worked quickly and finished and cleaned up within 4 hours. Erik reviewed the work with me and made sure all my questions were answered. On October 6, also right on time, the roof repair team, Davyn and Erick, showed up, checked in with me, and immediately got to work. Becaused of the type and extent of the repairs, it took them about 7-8 hours to finish. Davyn took pictures of all of the repairs and reviewed all the work with me. They were also very professional and thorough and they cleaned everything up. Both teams were and Jayden were great to work with. We've had some heavy rains since the installation/repairs and everything held up great. When I need to replace our roof in a few years, Ibex will definitely be the first I call about the work.

Our crew from IBEX Roof did a great job of installing 2 new flapper vents as well as a new ridge vent and 3 skylights. They also replaced some damaged shingles. They were efficient, polite, very tidy, pleasant, accommodating, and good communicators. I also appreciate IBEX’s warranty of workmanship and materials for the life of the roof. I recommend them highly!

Nate recently completed replacement of all roof related penetrations with newly upgrade painted metal 19 roof vents, 3 flapper vents and 4 tube vents while locally tieing in new shingles and sealing to ensure a leak proof like new condition. He walked me through the highly detailed work that was completed explaining every step of his process to ensure satisfactory upgrades. I reccomend Nate for all roofing related work with IBEX!

So very happy with the whole experience. From the initial quote appointment with Sam, to the roofing crew to the end with Nate, we were overwhelmed with the amazing quality and service. Entire roof replacement. 1 story, 1600 sqft home.

The team was great. They worked very quickly with great communication. We have a simple roof, but they finished everything in only one day, much faster than I expected! There were a few challenges that always come up on big projects like this like how to deal with vent fans and some plywood that needed replacing, but they handled that process smoothly and easily. Their customer service is great. Top tier.

The only thing that was a little unexpected were the shingles themselves. They’re much thinner than I expected. I’m sure they’ll last for decades, but it was a little disappointing. They have a 50-year manufacturer’s warranty. I understand they’re not going to last 50 years, but I’ve worked with 40-year shingles before for my shed that are significantly thicker.
