Kelly Patterson is many levels above any other contractor I've worked with. Based on a referral from a friend, we had Kelly come out for a walk through/bid for a kitchen remodel in 2020. After meeting with him and discussing our vision, we didn't even bother to seek the standard "three estimates," and there are NO regrets. In addition to the kitchen, Kelly adeptly managed replacement of flooring throughout our home, to include new baseboards, and also designed and constructed a new fireplace mantle. The results are outstanding!
Kelly set and managed expectations, provided excellent communication, was polite, respectful, CLEAN, responsive, and is one of the nicest most generous people a person could meet. We have a few other projects on the horizon, and there is no question as to who our contractor will be. THANKS Kelly - Your hard work, dedication to excellence, and attention to detail are enjoyed every day!

Kelly and Jared just completed a remodel of our master bathroom, and we couldn't be more pleased! The job was done well, in a very timely manner, and at a very fair price. They communicated with us throughout the process to make sure everything was just as we'd like it. We would not hesitate to engage them on a future project!

Kelly and Jared remodeled are master bathroom also installed a tub and tile in guest bath and remodeled the whole kitchen. They do beautiful work. They were always on time and excellent communication every step of the way. Sense of detail is amazing. They care so much about you as the client.
