Don came for the inspection on the house we are currently in the process of buying and was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was so friendly and did a very thorough job and explained everything to in a way I could understand when he was done! I highly recommend this company!

Don was friendly and personable...and very efficient and thorough. He inspected all parts of the condo including the attic. His report was concise but he explained everything so that I could understand what he'd found. I had his finalized written report by the next day. I'm very pleased with the service Don gave me.

Don was amazing to work with! He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Don was flexible with scheduling and even came on his day off to complete our home inspection. He was very thorough and answered even question I had along the way.

Don is not only an excellent inspector but a very nice person that is easy to work with. His detailed reports have helped me with two properties. One was beautiful and perfect on the outside but oh so bad on the inside and he saved me from making a big mistake. Don was outstanding. I asked him to look at a home that was owned by a hoarder with at least 2 dozen dogs. It was worse than your mind could imagine. If you weren't walking around the items left, you were climbing over them. The smell required the use of a mask. Room from room Don took down his data. I was amazed at his drive to go above the call of duty to give me the "bottom Line" on this home. When he was done, we sat down and he broke the home down room by room: structure, electrical, plumbing, roof, ETC.
"As long as Don is available, I will never use another Inspector. He exceeded my every expectation of him. It's simply, in his nature to do it right and with honor".

Don was an excellent inspector. He clearly knows how to maintain and care for a home. With his vast knowledge and experience he knows exactly what to look for in possible problem areas and how to remedy potential problems. The customers wishes and concerns are definitely Dons main focus. He is very flexible, professional, and friendly. All around great guy.

Although Don works all over the PNW, we were buying in Gig Harbor and so working with him made sense. Little did we know how connected Don is to the community. He shared with me all that he knew about the neighborhood, neighbors, and community. With over 20 years of construction experience, Don provided insights I am not sure other inspectors would have caught. He took the time to explain the items that needed attention, and his inspection report was clear and concise, including all items we discussed that were photographed and labeled with what needed to be done. Even during this pandemic Don was on time, courteous, and provided the report within 24 hours of inspection!

I would not hesitate to recommend Don for any home inspection projects.

Of the properties we have purchased, Don is head and shoulders above any inspector we have used in the past both here in Western Washington, Chicago and Sun Valley, Idaho.

We had Don do our pre-close inspection and our 1 year warranty inspection. Both times he was amazing! Very dedicated to his work and detailed with the process. He explained everything to us so we were clean on what needed to be done & why so we could relay it to the buyers. Also very friendly and courteous.

Don was extremely thorough in his home inspection. He was able to get us an appointment quickly and even was able to change the date when that date was inconvenient for the sellers. He was professional and took his time checking areas of concern. He made sure to explain any areas of concern and point them out to both of us. We would definitely use his services again!

My wife and I are currently in the process of closing on a house and really needed an inspector (quickly too). We had searched around and found Don through Yelp. We were pretty impressed with the previous reviews and what had really lured us was the amount of detail from the photos he had posted. We had called him on a Saturday night right around the end of business hours. He called us back the very next day to go over what we would like, what it was going to cost, how the whole thing works. We needed a house inspection and a well inspection done and we needed it within 5 days per our contract. Don was nice enough to accommodate the time constraints. We ended up scheduling it for the following Monday with no issues. From what I had read, Don is a very punctual person and tends to show up early to sites. I ended up showing to the site 30 minutes in advance and sure enough, Don was right behind me. He started taking photos of the property right away and spoke with me about what he was going to do and what to expect. He began saving time on the entire inspection by starting early and working on the perimeter of the property while we waited for the real estate agent. Once she showed up, he explained EXACTLY what he was going to do, where he's going to check, what he's checking for, and he mentioned he would regularly update me throughout the process. Sure enough, he got right to work and checked every crack, slit, spot, you name it. He was checking things I wouldn't have even thought of! He was willing to crawl through tight spaces, hop on the roof and get his hands dirty. He was well prepared, well mannered, and a very personable person. He was extremely thorough with the inspection and went above and beyond my expectations. He updated me regularly with what was wrong, how it could affect the house and what I could do to fix it (if it was even a concern). In the end, he was willing to work with me and made sure I was on the same page and understood the pros and cons with everything he was inspecting. He was even willing to note positive comments about the house, though unnecessary. The inspection was a breeze and he definitely put my wife and I at ease. He kept to his word and managed to have the report ready to view online within 24 hours. His prices are fairly competitive with most other inspectors. I couldn't recommend Don any higher! If you're looking for a thorough, quality inspector with integrity, don't pass him up. He's a hard working businessman and I would hire him for any future inspection without any hesitation whatsoever!

I chose to go with this company after doing research on companies with the best reviews. Don was amazing. He was quick to get back to me when I first contacted him about a home inspection on a new home purchase. His report was thorough and had pictures to document. When we had a few questions about the report before submitting our work order to sellers he called us back and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this company and highly recommend Don! Don did a great job on our home inspection. He made time to get out there on short notice and gave us a practical run down of all the issues and what was most important to address. He was knowledgeable and great to work with.
