Matt did a great job…excellent in fact…he was friendly and informative and addressed and resolve the problem quickly. He also took time to explain how to use the system to avoid future issues.

Alex did a great job providing troubleshooting and was able to get an ancient heat pump back online. He is a straight shooter and makes me feel positively about doing business with Airflo in the future.

Eli was efficient and quick to troubleshoot and fix the problem. Very pleasant to do business with. Thank you for always being such a huge help!

Service tech on schedule which is very important to us. Service Technician Alex is very knowledgeable about our A/C system and did maintenance service on our unit , very clean and safe practices during start and finish of services 🙏

Tanner figured out the problem I had, was a factory issue which was a little complicated but he kept troubleshooting ti found problem. Also took time to explain more about remote etc. Very pleased with the care of my heat pump. And the friendliness!

Tony Orlando did our heat pump system duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning this last week. Tony did an outstanding job and demonstrated a really caring attitude toward Air Flo customers. I didn’t know what to expect from duct cleaning…Tony went above and beyond keeping my home clean. Dryer vent cleaning was done to perfection too.
Air Flo is fortunate to have Tony as an employee. FYI…in January we had a new heat pump installed and my previous review stands. Air Flo, Sequim, is an excellent company with outstanding employees. We love the new heat pump and believe it is saving us money.

I personally use Air Flo and continued to when I moved to Port Townsend, as well as referring them to my clients. The service is always outstanding. Tony came today to help look at a very complicated situation where another company hooked up a new HVAC system and did some strange things, where a vent is not connected and a return was cut off. It was the third company my client had there, I asked her to please let me get Air Flo in there to look. Tony was so professional and thoroughly looked at the whole situation and explained everything to my client. The last two companies were so much more alarming. One trying to convince her to replace a 4 yr old system for a new one for $30,000. Tony instead explained where the vent not connected happened and what a fix would entail. He always shows up on time, respects the homes by changing shoes, explains everything in detail, and is personable as well. His professionalism, work ethic, respect for the industry and clients is what every company needs. This is why I refer them to my clients and will continue to do so. Thank you Tony for taking the time to help figure this situation out for my client. Thank you Air Flo for hiring qualified people.

We had great experience with your technician Alex ( I hope I remembered his name right) He was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the problem and able to reset the unit and get it operational again. He also gave some insight to proper operation of the exchanger. We also appreciated the prompt response to our problems. Alex was great! He showed up right on time, I also received a 20 min heads-up before arrival to prepare. He answered all my questions and even wore booties (without me asking) to keep my floors clean. I was very happy with my service.

The service was great, and Brendan was very informative and helpful. My only negative would be the inability of their appointment page to follow up on additional work requested. I was expecting both HVAC maintenance and duct cleaning, but the appointment was only for the the maintenance. Brendan immediately called an hour me scheduled.
