I recently used Drain Rite to unclog my drains. Jason, the owner, was absolutely amazing! He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and thorough. He kept me well informed of everything that was happening and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. The next day he called to make sure everything was working okay and if I had any questions. I can't say enough good things about this company! Jason is simply amazing! When all of our toilets clogged up and backed up into our showers, we called Jason and he came right out to help us. Our house was older with a lot of plumbing challenges that turned a 2 hour job into 9- but he didn’t let that stop him, even when it meant hauling his equipment up onto our roof in the dark and rain. I am pretty handy but without any sewage and septic experience and he took the time to teach me how to prevent the problem from happening again and how to fix it when it did. After 9 grueling hours of work to clear what turned out to be a main line packed with grease and “flushable” wipes, he only charged us a fraction of what another plumber could have charged us -even when we protested that it wasn’t enough for what he had done!

I recommend Jason highly and am impressed by his commitment to high quality work and honesty. We liked him so much that we are going to hire him to do some renovations that our neglected home so desperately needs, confident that we will pay a fair price for the best quality work in the agreed upon time frame.

Jason went above and beyond what my family expected. We had a backed-up sewer line and this was afterhours. He answered, and was flexible and willing to come immediately and worked into the early morning hours. Cannot thank him enough and will always recommend Drain-Rite Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing services.

Jason was very communicative regarding the schedule. When he arrived, he. Asked questions to make a proper judgment. He was very courteous and careful when he brought his equipment in and resolved my problem very efficiently. Healso provided useful information to aid in prevention. He was tidy when the job was done. I could not have asked for a better service. I'm definitely keeping Drain-Rite as my first call if I ever have a problem again.

If I could give Jason 100 stars I would! I had been turned down by other plumbers not wanting to take on the job. When Jason returned my call, I was feeling a bit overwhelmed. (Leaking septic pipe under mom's house)He said he could come right over and take a look. When he a arrived he was very professional, friendly & helpful. Jason gave a quote and said he could start in the morning. Jason and his assistant worked hard for many hours. He found that rhododendrin and tree roots had taken over all the pipes. They cut out roots and replaced pipes. In the end he got everything replaced and working for many years to come. Even though it was so much more work than he anticipated he still only charged my mom what he had originally quoted. Jason @ Drain-Rite Drain Cleaning will always be my go to plumber. I can't recommend him enough! Thank you, Jason!

Jason is so amazing!!! He did his research before coming out and was very communicative throughout the whole process. He did such an amazing job restoring flow through our drains and even did it in the dark of night!! We are so grateful for the work he did! He is also a great person!
